The staff were incredible! They could not do enough to help. Everybody was so friendly and engaging and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning in the room could probably be a bit stronger, but this is a very minor thing.

Hotel is conveniently located near many cafe/shops/restaurants. Walking distance from Louvre. Staff is very friendly, room was quite spacious, with everything you need. There was even a bathtub and a small balcony! nice shower, everything is clean, and looks recently renovated. Air conditioning, light in the bathroom could be dimmed.. Every day room got cleaned and towels replaced. It was quite calm throughout the night, no screaming drunk people. I managed to get good sleep all nights we've been there. Thin pillows in the room are a nice bonus, usually in many hotels pillows are big and thick and I travel with my own memory foam pillow, otherwise I can't sleep. I think I could have used one hotel provided, easy. I need to also say we've had a small issue with the room and I asked hotel receptionist to help sort it out - and she did! Thank you so much and a huge thanks to the cleaning staff - you did amazing job! 1. Breakfast could use more variety - we only had it once before Louvre - it consists of bread/croissants/similar + jam + muesli/boiled eggs. So not much :) 2. Iron in the room had no steam - and you can't really iron your cotton/linen clothes properly - they will still be wrinkly. I used my hand steamer + their iron in combination... All of those things are very minor and not a problem, I shared as points of improvement.

The location is amazing, only a short walk from the Palais Royale, Opera Garnier and Louvre, a lot of great eating options around especially if you love Asian food. There was a Nespresso machine in the room which was great. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed, clothes iron and ironing table, hair dryer, very nice Occitane bathroom products. It was also clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. The room was small (but this is quite common for Paris hotels and I was aware of it when I booked it) and the bathroom was very tight. It would have been nice to also have more hooks in the bathroom for towels/clothes.

Friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants in streets either side of the hotel, good size room with bath and balcony.

Friendly people. Good location for tourism, especially if you want to visit the Louvre and other museums. Easy metro access. Room was clean.
