Location was amazing, 3min from the station, also a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice, giving us a lot of support. The room was comfortable with very good shower. -

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This was a scam. The size of the room was so tiny we didn't stay, we went back right out. I guess this is more of a motel maybe just for a quick sex but not for staying there for more then half an hour. The front desk person was so confusing, aggressive and not cooperative. It was just retarded, the whole situation was crazy. The size of the room the size of motel the fact that there was a renovation actively happening It was unsafe all over, there were tools all over, tiny elevator. It was just insane, I thought for a second this was a joke. So when we got there it was evening and we were basically left outside because it was impossible to stay in the room and we had to go find somewhere else at night. So skip this place by all means. There was not even a sofa where you could sit. It was just one bed and the room was the size of phone booth. And at the end they had the audacity to ask me to leave them a review 10 out of 10.

Nothing! Under heavy construction. We never stayed there, when we arrived and a construction zone, we left immediately and asked for a refund. Stay clear of this place! Nothing! The place was under heavy construction, the room was incredibly small and was very dusty. To get to the room you have to pass through all the dusty wall and the tarp covered doors. This was a very difficult and stressful experience for our family!

If you want to relax then you should not go to this hotel.Fortunately I stayed just for one night, the walls are very thin you hear everything EVERYTHING.During the day I was hearing how one couple fighting and shouted.Same during the night + in midnight one men was blocked in the elevator he also started shouting for someone to come to his aid.

Trying to contact this property is a nightmare. Also during a global pandemic where everyone is in a lockdown nobody would change the dates to rearrange our weekend away. Very disappointed with this hotel. No contact

The girl at the reception was nice. I was staying in room 33 which firstly wasn’t clean at all. Looks like no one even cleaned it before I arrived (no soap/no toilet paper/dirty sheets) but the worst part were bed bugs in the bed!!! They were huge! Thank god I noticed it before going in! I had to call the security gars in the middle of the night as there was nobody at the reception...he put me in another room which was not clean even though better but the smell in it was horrible and I didn’t sleep all night!!! The walls were thin and people were smoking weed next to my room...I came to Paris to work so that was such a horrible experience...I don’t understand how this is even possible! The photos aren’t reality so please RUN!

I don't think I'd consider it a 3-star hotel. The bathroom in the room was very cheaply constructed with a sliding mirror wardrobe door as the bathroom door. The air conditioning didn't work either.

Great location. Right around the block from Goncourt train station. Room was clean. Beds were cozy. And bathtub was romantic.
-
The bathroom smelled very bad and the door didn't close at all so the all the room smelled bad. The room was very small. The photos didn't match with the room.

They refunded all, but the first night stay after I checked out ten minutes after checking in and finding the bedbug. Beg bugs.
