Maybe good to ask people staying in the hotel to be quiet, and careful.with closing doors, as the rooms.are.small and noise travels easily. A small info sheet would possible help.to.ask guests to be mindful of other guests.

Nothing Provided bed and and bedsheets are like used one . And no cleanness.staff was rude as well

The proximity to the train was great The property had no AC it was super hot we were offered a dingy fan that did nothing for the heat, the elevator was broken past floor 3, we were on floor 5. I asked the clerk to cancel my reservation as we were traveling with my disabled dad and he refused! Not only did he refuse but he was super rude! The beds were terrible, old and falling apart.

The location was very good Bed and furniture need to be replaced other than that all was good and there was no Cooling only fan
-
Nothing. It was horrible. Very small space. No ventilation, smelly washroom coupled with the very hot weather.
-
Staff was nice No AC, no given fans when it was hot, and no towels given other than 1 per person even tho we were 4 days

Overall, I found the hotel to offer poor value for money. Several aspects of the stay fell below expectations. There is no breakfast included. The hotel also feels quite outdated, with facilities that have not been modernized. The bathroom was very small, and the liquid soap appeared to be diluted. The bed cover was noticeably worn and pilling, which affected the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room. Another inconvenience is that there is no restroom available on the ground floor for guests after checkout. This means that once you have checked out, you cannot use a bathroom before leaving the hotel. Additionally, luggage storage is charged separately, which is disappointing given that many hotels offer this service free of charge. Overall, I felt the hotel lacked a customer-focused approach. While the stay was acceptable, the level of service and amenities did not justify the price paid.

Supper frustrated, no space no window suffocating and very uncomfortable Almost everting was bad and expensive and I never like this type of room
-
Central and good service at the front desk Bathroom too small
-
The location was nice near the Gare and the restaurants. The rooms are small. No flexibility for early check in. They charge keeping luggages for 10 euros for a luggage while waiting for check in. Everything is too small and old.

We had such a memorable stay at Grand Hôtel De L'Europe during our anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt special. We had mentioned that we were really looking forward to making the most of our time in Paris—and the hotel truly delivered. Our room had the most incredible view. We could see the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and Sacré-Cœur all from our window. It honestly felt surreal. Even when it rained, we didn’t mind staying in because the view alone made everything feel cozy and magical. Being able to explore Paris during the day and then come back to enjoy the city lights from our room at night was something we’ll never forget. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect—right next to Gare de l’Est, which made getting around the city so convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. There were just a couple of minor inconveniences. One night, some kids from another room accidentally set off the fire alarm, which woke the whole hotel, and on another night, there was some noise in the corridor. The room itself is on the smaller side, and the elevator can only fit about two people at a time—but honestly, we felt that added to the charm and authenticity of staying in Paris.
