The service was impeccable, the staff went out of their way to help. The breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable. Excellent shower. The rooms a little narrow, but that cannot be helped!

The aircon was very effective. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was decent - good bread and croissant. Basic cereals. I did not like being asked to leave my card at reception every time I went out. There was no coffee in the room and I had to pay 2.4 Euro for a nespresso from the front foyer. It was not cheap, it was mid-priced, but felt like they were being stingy on things like coffee and bagettes at breakfast. The wallpaper and carpet is a bit old and needs replacing.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, good location too. Air conditioner wasn't working at all and with temperatures rising to mid thirties, the room was uncomfortably hot so couldn't sleep much.

A good location , private parking, a lot of cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies around. Rooms are a bit small, but very clean. The noice insulation is not good, so notice from the corridor was very loud

Location is good. Price was good. The staff was helpful, replaced our room immediately when complained about strong odour. In overall we felt 3 stars is too much for the hotel, compared to other hotels we had stayed before (in France). The odour in the first room was terrible, we think that room shouldn't be offered to anyone. We did get a new room, luckily. The elevator was small and it stopped when both of us with only 1 small suitcase entered it.

We booked a family room for two adults and two kids. We got two connected rooms, which is a nice idea for four people: There are two complete bathrooms available. Overall clean and reasonably well maintained. Breakfast is a reasonable deal for the price, quite simple but not expensive. A couple of vending machines are available to buy drinks (all shorts!) and basic food/snacks. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you guys. Typical in Paris: Very small lift, narrow and curly stairs, but nothing dramatic. The automatic light at the entrance (little space common to the two rooms) was switching on and off all night long, we had to close the doors communicating both rooms. Again, nothing dramatic.
