Hotel Apolonia Paris Mouffetard, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

The staff were amazing!!! My flight was delayed and they were very accommodating and helpful with my reservation. The room was spotless and although it was small as I expected it had everything I needed. My 6th floor single room had a beautiful view of the Pantheon!

Can't beat this location. Pedestrian friendly area with lots of eateries and shops right out the front door. Metro is a block away. Included breakfast was nice and love the cappuccino machine. Front desk staff helpful for arranging taxis if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Great location in a vibrant neighborhood. Room was on the smaller side, not enough space for luggages. Shower design was causing water to spray on the bathroom floor.

The location was great!

I stayed for 4 nights. Even though I asked for cleaning, they only took the trash I had left outside the room. I had collected the dirty towels and put them aside. They had put the clean towels on top of the dirty towels. I was shocked. They had not changed the bed sheets. They had not put new napkins for the toilet.

Perfect location. Good value for Paris.

No car traffic on street. No frills type of comfort. Lovely helpful staff. Good food nearby. Despite a small bathroom, the shower was spacious for my non-obese shape. Easy walk to center and tourist spots. My one bed small room was perfect for a single traveler, but I would recommend a larger one for a couple.

The staff was super friendly and had amazing recommendations, the room was clean and perfect for a solo traveler, it is really well located, the street has everything and it is really close to the metro.

Construction early in the morning in the hotel, without any warning. Also the street is off limits to cars which was not mentioned in the booking.

The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly which is the only real positive. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely small and claustrophobic, so tiny that there was barely space to move (not like the one posted on booking or the site). Getting to the toilet and shower was very tight, and I had to stack my two suitcases on top of each other because there was nowhere to put them; they also blocked the walkway to the toilet. The price was completely unjustified (over €250 per night), especially with no breakfast included. The view was poor, just rooftops, and certainly not what I expected. I needed to take work meetings during my stay, but there was no desk or chair, so I had to take my meetings from my single bed, which made it very uncomfortable and strange. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations. I regret choosing this hotel.

Access to the single room was challenging for me ( over 60!). The lift was tiny and the stairs were all spiral. I also think a coffee machine and mini fridge would be better especially for sole travellers.
