It was hot and dirty and had ants I would not recommend staying here Terrible

The location was extremely convenient although the vicinity to the Moulin Rouge area makes it quite loud overnight The room was insanely warm. It was unbearable to sleep there even though the staff provided 3 fans. Moreover, the room was very dirty. There were marks on the wall, ants in the bathroom, and several hairs on the bed linen. I could continue with mentioning that we heard other people all night due to the thin wall, the elevator is so small and it doesn’t go up to the third floor but I wanna highlight again that the heat was shockingly unbelievable

Decent location close to metro and main parts of Paris, room had decent space/room for luggage for Paris. No aircon, so we had to keep window open which made it hard to sleep with the noise as the fan provided was old and not powerful. Lift didn’t go to our floor so we had to carry our heavy luggage by ourselves. Toilet had no window or fan so became extremely hot after showers!

Very great central location in Montmartre. Nice and very clean room. Very close to the Moulin Rouge area, so the street is noisy at night, however you can manage with earplugs. Also, very bad ventilation in the room and weak fan. The first night there was barely any air in the room, the next night the fan was changed to a better one. The lack of air is still an issue unfortunately and opening the windows is not an option because of the street noise.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The first day was quite disappointing because the room I was assigned was very poor. It was extremely hot, humid, and there was no fan or proper ventilation. The situation was uncomfortable enough that I had to borrow a fan from the reception desk. Fortunately, the following day the staff moved me to a different room, which was much better and made the rest of my stay far more pleasant. I truly appreciate the hotel's staff for their willingness to help and for finding a solution to the problem. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for visiting Paris. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. However, the facilities and room conditions need improvement, as the quality of the accommodations was inconsistent. Overall, I would rate the hotel positively for its location and customer service, but the facilities are fairly average and could be upgraded to provide a more comfortable experience.

“Modernized” rooms, location and comfortable Quite hot and noisy- however 2 fans were left in room. Bathroom had not fan so very humid!

The location of as great with metro stations nearby and also Moulin Rouge - a great place to take nice pictures. You can also walk to Sacre Creu and buy groceries at good places. Summer was not the best place to stay at the hotel. The weather was really hot and air-conditioning was not working. The hotel provided a small fan, but unfortunately was not enough.
