The property is beautiful and steps from the Metro. The air conditioning was broken and we were not notified of this at check-in. We were profusely sweating in our room. I went down to let the front desk know that our room was 31 C and they provided me with a fan and said that all the rooms air is out. We booked another hotel and left within hours of checkin.

They also provided a baby pack-and-play for our 1-year-old, which made traveling with our family much easier. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, and it was a solid option with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, toast, pastries, and other basic breakfast items. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily consider staying here again.

Near the shopping malls and train station. I did put the not disturb sign because I dont need my room to be cleaned or someone to get in there but they did it anyhow. I complained it to the front desk about it and they said they have to. Thats kinda uncomfortable for me.

I booked the room double bed for me and my wife also incluse breacfast & free shuttle from airport to hotel and back, when i checked in non of those it was included i have to pay extra for everything , also when i checked in they didnt give me all keys including safe box only key for the entry door , i had to go back downstairs to get key for the safe box very disappointed

The view was absolutely stunning — we could see the Arc de Triomphe right from the balcony, and it was perfect for taking photos all day long. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and polite, always greeting us with genuine smiles. The location was excellent, right in front of a metro station, making it very easy to get to the Eiffel Tower. It was literally just a few steps from the station to the hotel. The lobby was beautifully designed in a lovely blue tone, very charming and welcoming.

Location is good. Room was cold, heating seem not to be working. only good thing bathroom was renovated. Room was old fashioned and very small as well as the elevator.

Clearly not a 4 stars hotel - at best a 3 stars. Disappointing Rooms are minuscule. There’s no bar, restaurant, no service.

Perfect Location Old hotel, they still using keys and you have to leave your key with them before you go out ?? like 90’s Very old furnitures and small rooms. Not recommended at all.
