Hotel Bonsejour Montmartre

Our family bedroom was right behind the main desk and on the first floor so passerby’s can see in.

Room was a little smaller than expected, but nothing terrible. One of the staff members was slightly rude (the rest of them were super sweet). Great location, but keep in mind that Montmartre is uphill and not the most central, so lots of walking. I wasn't aware they would clean the rooms every day. Nothing terrible, but I would have liked a warning.

My daughter’s credit card was missing after leaving it in a holding area until we could check in. 5 charges were made on it before she cancelled it.

It was so much smaller than the pics. Very hard to move around the bed and nowhere to put your suitcases. Just too small to do anything but climb in bed

The property was located in a great area, surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were extremely hot at night as there’s no central air. I was drenched in sweat each night.

The room was spacious, way spacious than I had imagined. There is a kettle and coffee in the room. I had a room with a sharing bathroom, really would not recommend. Sharing the bathroom was also okay, it was just a bit away from room and near the elevator, so a little uncomfortable for those mid-night toilet visits. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is located in a great spot, close to many restaurants, bus stops and train stations. I also felt very safe as a solo traveler. I would recommend this hotel but just go for a room with a bathroom. They also provided a discounted fee for airport transfers. N/A

Perfect location!!!!! Loved everything about it! Even the fact they had a sitting room that’s was nicely decorated. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Loved everything

Small quaint hotel in fantastic location in Montmarte. Perfect for a last minute booking for 2 nights travelling solo in Paris.. Comfy bed, great shower, very clean. Walking distance to everything in Montmarte but on a quiet small street. Room was very small but it was fine for just 2 nights. Can hear other rooms with people coming and going, just bring ear plugs. It was quiet at night.

The staff were very kind and helpful, allowing us to store luggage early and booking an airport shuttle. The room was quite hot, but we were there during a heat wave, so really not their fault.

It’s petite, but amazing location and very clean Upfront I messaged about a late check-out which was confirmed and upon check-in this was denied, after a while they kind of came back from the story and said it was possible

Great location for exploring Montmartre, lovely friendly staff and comfortable bed and pillows. As always in Paris the rooms are tiny, but it worked and the bathroom was clean. Not super luxurious, but it totally met our needs and expectations.

I stayed here for a few nights and left with mixed feelings. **What I liked:** ✔ **Clean and cozy** – Despite the tiny size, the room was tidy, and the street view was nice. ✔ **Small sink in the room** – Handy for washing up and basic hygiene. **Major downsides:** ✖ **No private toilet or shower** – Had to use shared facilities, which was inconvenient, especially at night. ✖ **Dirty bed linen** – After changing, I was given clearly used sheets. Unacceptable! ✖ **Extremely cramped** – Barely any space to move, even with just a suitcase.
