The location was great and the room was kept impecable. The rooms and the hotel in general was pretty small, but I guess that’s standard for Paris. My main concern was the elevator, as we had one member of our party who couldn’t use the stairs. This person had to go alone on the elevator since it was a pretty tight fit. Otherwise, the place was very good. The WiFi was incredibly slow. We had a member of our party who had to work remotely and it was an inconvenience for that person. We found night time to be slightly better but the early morning were the worse.

Lovely room in a great area and convenient to a metro stop. Helpful staff and good breakfast. The bed was so comfortable!

Staff were super nice, allowed us to store luggage for free as we arrived early in the morning. The room was nice, albeit a little small Elevator is teeny tiny - only one person could get in with our luggage.

They don’t have fridge in the room. Stuff was nice. Good, but will not come back

The only downside is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be disturbing at times.

great location near metro! clean and safe feeling property, friendly desk staff. not very soundproofed, rooms are a bit small, and the housekeeping did not replenish teas and toilet paper.

The elevator is very small and inconvenient. The toilet in the reception area is so small that if you are overweight, you can't get in. It's not clean either.

the front desk manager was very kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and nice, and the check in process was very quick and easy. The room was very nice, and for 3 people, not too crammed. The bathroom was a good size The bathroom towel rack wasn't installed securely and kept falling off the wall, but it is a very simple fix. The elevator was small, but it was worth not climbing all the stairs.

The rooms were comfortable and clean; bathroom was cleand and tidy. We liked the location; quick walk to the metro. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast; it had everything we needed. The tables in the breakfast room were a bit small; not much room in between them.

Great hotel with wonderful staff and location with lots of restaurants, cafes and transportation. The breakfast spread was very good!

I found the bed a little too soft for my liking and also the walls were quite thin - could hear lots of noise from other rooms.
