No fridge in the room, you can sometimes hear your neighbors moving around next to you or in the hallway, only French tv channels

The location was really good, in the middle of things, close enough to attractions, restaurants and Cafés. Quiet street and cozy ambiente I had the 1st room on ground floor towards the street, which was not ideal as I did not have any space there to work (during work trip) and it also didn't peovide privacy. It was very small.

Location is great! Close to Metro, cafes, stores, Eiffel Tower, Seine and easy walk, Stayed here 21 years ago and still impressed. The hotel will be closed for renovation soon and will cost more in the future I’m sure, Book it before this happens.

Easy access to the metro. Breakfast was very good. The hotel served its purpose. Shower was tight. No fault to the hotel, but the road construction was right outside our first floor room and was loud.

The hotel has great location. Staff was extremely helpful. The decoration was rustical and nice. There is a critical downside of the hotel which are rooms number 1 and 2. These rooms are located in the lobby (literally) and right next to elevator. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise and lack of sound insulation. After a sleepless night, the hotel staff were kind and helpful enough to change our room but due to high occupancy, they offered us another hotel and arranged the smooth transition. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for Paris stay definitely excluding rooms no 1&2.

General atmosphere was very welcoming. Pleasant staff, very clean, interesting individual hotel with a family feel. Garden available but too chilly when there. A hint of old Paris. Only complaint was the lift……too slow, possible to have a faster one…?

The room was good and comfortable, metal legs of the small bed should be cover for safety otherwise it was good the metal on small bed should be cover for safety as you can catch your feet on it and too much furniture in the room

So close to affordable food and shopping and Eiffel tower and hop on hop off bus stops. All the cheaper Paris shopping here in grenelle and markets are great on Wednesday. Restaurants all close by are great value obviously not as high end but authentic and affordable. Great room with all the facilities - who spends time in room anyway in Paris!¡ Breakfast was good value but close by venues too for different choices. Bonjour and thanks you - bilingual reception staff which made my staff wonderful thank you for being patient and letting me practice french Nothing - like all Paris streets noisy sometimes at night but no bother - no problems at all very safe and all ok K

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is quite adequate, close to everywhere. The cleanliness is very good and they clean every day.
