It was too old, smelly. There was a window in the bathroom it felt awkward. The sheets were dirty. The elevator starts from the first floor that’s why we had a hard time to carry our luggages to our room. And it doesn’t feel safe for female travelers at all.

The stay was okay overall, not bad but not great either. The hotel staff was average, and one staff member was quite rude when I asked for help. I visited in June 2026 during hot weather, and the fan provided in my room was not working properly. Turning it on felt almost the same as turning it off. When I spoke to the staff about it, I was told that nothing could be done, which was disappointing.

Renovated rooms. Pictures match. Right next to Metro Jaurès. Lots of restaurants. Tiny elevator. Have to climb one floor for reception and elevator.

Armin was very friendlylll The whole experience was horrible

Great location, good service very reasonable price Nothing

Helpful staff. Clean bathroom. Value for money. It's an older property. The room looked a little worn.

All okay.

The front desk person was very helpful. The room was clean but very old. They only had top sheets with a very old and used blanket. The property advertised parking but we had to pay 20 Euro / day - and it was a block away. Each time the guy at the front desk had to go with us to get the car out. In order to get to the rooms you have to first go up a steep flight of stairs and only then there was elevator access The first night there were two tiny towels in the bathroom and they wouldnt give us any more - so the floor got wet and we had no extra bathmat to put down

Very close to metro station, you can connect to many different lines. Lots of cafes, restaurants around, in a walking dıstance. Safe neighborhood, even at night. You have to climb 1 floor of steps to reach the reception and the lift - it may be a minor difficulty for carrying luggages.
-
Very very close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, metro station. As most Paris hotels, the rooms are small. So don't keep your expectations high, Enjoy what you have. This is a good hotel at a good location and that is the most important thing.

The staff, especially Amine, are super friendly and helped us with our luggage! The location is excellent as well! There's a metro station around the corner, and also a McDonald's, supermarket, subway, etc. There is no air conditioning (only a fan) and no elevator to the ground floor.
-
Convenient location, lots of shops and cafes around, all possible transport options. Quiet at night. Room was very small and dated, bath is tiny and not pleasant to use.
-
Location was quite far from the centre (not within walking distance) so we had to uber around a lot but that’s only because I didn’t feel confident using the Metro alone with my two children Nothing really

The room was exactly like the pictures. Not very spacious but big enough for two people who prefer to spend the day outside sightseeing. There was a kettle with tea bags and sugar available. There is a separate bathroom that was clean and comfortable. The location is really close to the metro and it's very convenient. There are cozy nearby places to eat or drink a cocktail and some nice bakeries. Overall the hotel looks a bit old but nothing broken or too overused, it has it's own charm actually. There was a working elevator which is a nice surprise for most small hotels in Paris. The staff seems friendly and most importantly - English speaking. I'm satisfied with my stay and the value for the price there. Nothing specific really.

I reserved the hotel because I had a work meeting in Paris. The reception was friendly and efficient. The location was ideal for the Paris metro and in a nice spot by the Canal St Martin. Breakfast was simple and self service but well orgainsed and nice croissant. I walked there easily from Gare du Nord but you could also take the metro. The plug in the bathroom basin was missing. A little warning that there are stairs to climb to get up to the reception and down to the breakfast room.

The staff was kind and the location was good, the hotel is close to the M2 Metro. Reaching popular attractions is easy. It's also close to Montmarte, which is walkable from the hotel (about 30 minutes).
