Location and cleanliness and eager to help staff One lift which did not work on one day which caused us to walk up 6 flights …. But the staff were prepared to carry our cases down

Perfect location, very clean and renovated hotel, very comfortable Small service issues: I was not informed at checked in that we had to book the spa so we could not go when we decided to. Also I would expect that things like vanity sets are added everyday, but it was not.
