Climatisez rooms. Wonderful view (8th floor).. felt like a movie with views to the Tour Eiffel. Breakfast (sweet French breakfast very good). Treatment was exquisite.

The hotel's location is perfect, with both a metro and bus stop right outside. All the staff I interacted with during my stay were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Furthermore, I liked having the room on the fourth floor overlooking the main road, having a window that opened completely I could admire the view. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smoke smell, and I had to keep the window open the entire stay -- not suitable for anyone with any allergies. The bathroom is very small, and the shower/tub curtains need replacing; they were stained. The hair dryer didn't work, and there was no fan. Instead, there was a hole high above the shower that was covered in dust; not exactly a nice look.

Great location with easy access to public transport, especially RER B going from/to CDG airport and Gare du Nord. Very nice staff, clean room, and comfortable bed. Wifi was horrible; it was slow and dropped often. Poor sound insulation in the walls. Some road noise. We were curious as to why some rooms have been served with more breakfast items (viennoiseries) than others.

Nice room, lovely Parisien view from our window. Great location, across the road from Rue Daguerre and right next to the RER to CDG airport. The steep, narrow flight of stairs up to reception before you reach the lift was a bit of a shock, given we were traveling with lots of luggage, but worth it for the location.

Not their fault but no air conditioner. My friend reserved a room claiming with air conditioner but actually no.

At first glance, we were unsure about our stay here, but that turned around quickly. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful; they encouraged our attempts at French, gave wonderful help on getting around and were always attentive. They took a lot of pride in being professional and in their hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. What sets this hotel apart is the access to metro and buses. It is right on all the major lines, so getting around was quick and easy. We lived being right across the street from the Catacombs. We had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, and loved watching it light up at night. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Minor things-the corners in the bathroom were a little dirty, the shower is quite small and the water pressure was quite low and didn't clear the taps and the room itself is a bit more run down than in the photos. We also would have loved outlets on both sides of the bed. Also the balcony wasn't really accessible as there was scaffolding on the facade.
