The service and location were great. The bathroom was clean and in great condition. The ceiling fan kept us comfortable during 96° weather. Like many hotels in Paris, the room was so tiny that there was hardly room to walk around the bed.

The most impressive was the Front Desk gentleman who checked us out, early May 11, 26. Excellent. Small, nice room with a nice bathroom, tiny shower. It added to our Paris adventure. Good breakfasts. Not in the middle of a touristy area. Pluses and minus' for location. For us to speak better French. We found the French people very helpful if we respected their Parisian culture. Do your homework before you go.

Price, location with great public transport access (bus and metro) During one of hottest weeks in May in Paris, not having air conditioning made sleeping difficult. Ceiling fan helped.

Room 16 was a bit tight for two, but very doable. The shower was small and the bed was good.

The hotel is located near the Gare Montparnasse, about a 10-12 minute walk from Hall 1. It is affordable, especially for a solo traveller. The area is relatively safe, although there are a few areas from the Gare that are not well-lit. The room was small, the bedlinens were clean but not well-made. There is no coffee or teapot in the room.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. The room is decent. It has an elevator that would fit one person and one luggage. It’s a very simple hotel. It was great for us for one night since we were just passing by Paris.

The staff are amazing. Thank you for the breakfast. The entire hotel is lovely. Only thing I’d recommend is placing a shower curtain inside each shower since the glass door opens halfway and water splashes. This is an excellent hotel though

No need for public transport! You can easily walk to Montparnasse, Denfert-Rochereau, and Alésia from here. Perfect for exploring the city on foot! Small TV and no conditionner/shampoo

The room was very small and we almost didn't fit inside the bathroom. It's very difficult to jump into the shower because the toilet is very close.

I liked that it had an elevator to the 4th floor. I didn’t like the 6 am construction next door which woke me up. The towel felt like a loofah. No fan or ac so I had to have the window open which let noise in. Peeling paint. Room needed upkeep.

Clean, at Montparnasse, close to metro (15 or 9 min by walk). They were cleaning every day and it was more than enough for 3-4 days. Longer than that time would be difficult tho. Very small rooms, very small showers, so it is a clean budget hotel.

Very small room and tiny shower, so tiny that it is a challenge to wash your feet as you touch the walls.

The bed was comfortable. The sink was blocked the walls were covered in fur/mould making sneeze. It was very loud with chairs foot steps trucks and cars.
