Hotel Flanelles

Location...Breakfast room. Quiet room. Glass door to bathroom. No privacy.

I liked how clean it was and aesthetically pleasing it looked. I liked how easy it was to get to our rooms and how friendly the staff were. It was seriously a very pleasant experience overall and it was nice being able to be there with all of my friends. There were just a few minor things, we booked three rooms of which two rooms were booked with two separated beds, we eventually found out all of the rooms were king-sized double beds, so we took care of that. I also didn't get some sticks or tea spoons for the coffee I made in my room to mix the sugar, but these are just minor and small things that just doesn't compare to the positive aspects of this hotel. Thank you so much.

Great stay in Paris! The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The room was quiet with an amazing bed, which was great after walking around the city all day. Above all, the staff was wonderful—super friendly, attentive, and helpful with local tips. Highly recommend staying here!

Terrific location if you're using the Gare du Nord. Rooms small but beautifully presented (en suite facilities a particular highlight). Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Loved it - will certainly use it again. Nothing.

Ousmane is very friendly. He makes me feel like coming home. I’ll definitely choose this hotel next time when I visit Paris. Room 105 bathroom sink tap is not very easy to turn on But other things are great in room 105.

Location is very convenient We booked a double room with balcony and landmark view, and then reached out to the property twice in advance of the stay and they confirmed this booking. Once we arrived they claimed we hadn’t booked this (despite paying extra for this room) and when we showed them the booking then said that choosing and paying for a specific room doesn’t mean that you will get it, and we have to verbally confirm it. When we showed them the messages where we asked to confirm twice (since they asked us to confirm in the booking message) they said that sometimes they just say “ok” and “yes” to requests but this doesn’t mean that we will still get the room we paid for as it is still subject to availability. The receptionist was very rude about this and kept saying we were at fault here, and that we should have cancelled our booking. Additionally room was much smaller than pictures, did not have the view we expected, the toilet had no sink attached, the room was very dusty and there were no housekeeping services provided. Overall location is great but was otherwise disappointing given the price point. If you have to book this hotel I wouldn’t recommend booking more than the cheapest room, as according to the receptionist they don’t take into account bookings when allocating rooms regardless of what you select and pay.
