Exceptional hotel which exceeded my expectations. Great location near the metro. I had a lovely room with windows facing the street. The bedroom and bathroom were a reasonable size. Small fridge with minibar was appreciated. Great air conditioning which was necessary in August. Room was cleaned to a high standard. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed my 8 night stay and will return to this hotel when next in Paris.

The location is very good and the little extras offered e.g. complimentary soft drinks was welcome and remembered from before. The room is small but compact and had all necessary. It was convenient to the main areas I needed/wanted to get to. I have stayed here before when it was not via Booking.com. I am glad I can now book through this service. The bed was not vey comfortable and I do have back pain so that did not help. Also I am still trying to sort out a payment with the hotel for the tax - I was asked for the this twice and was told I had to sort it out with my bank which I did not think was very customer friendly as of course I would pay it even when I had left if it is/was an error. At time of writing it is not sorted though. I thought I had breakfast included but I guess that was my mistake.

We had a lovely stay and were really impressed with the location, which was perfect for exploring Paris. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. An added feature was being able to use the facilities at the hotel chain’s other locations across Paris, including access to toilets, snacks, and coffee. This was a fantastic convenience while sightseeing and made our days much easier. The complimentary afternoon snacks and courtesy mini bar were also thoughtful touches that added to the overall experience. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially as we visited during a heatwave. As three female travellers, we also appreciated how safe and secure the hotel felt. The level of security gave us peace of mind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff, and thoughtful extras that made our Paris trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay again. One thing to note (not a complaint, just helpful information for other travellers): if you struggle with stairs or have mobility concerns, make sure to mention this clearly when booking. Our room was not entirely reachable by lift, and there were some stairs involved, so it’s worth confirming your room location in advance to make sure it suits your needs.

מנהלת המלון סוניה קיבלה אותנו בקבלת פנים חמה במיוחד. היא גם הסבירה לנו על המלון ועל הרשת, קיבלנו פינוקים לכבוד חגיגות ירח הדבש שלנו והצוות תמיד היה מסביר פנים וידידיותי בכל פעם שהיינו צריכים משהו. בחדר היינו שמחים אם היה ארון בגדים ולא רק שני מדפים, מעבר לזה היה תואם את הציפיות.

It a nice small hotel, 2 minutes away from a metro station. Love this location. And there are soundproof windows. I’d recommend this place to my friends ❤️

It was ok but it was overpriced. The room was very small and nothing special. The price should be lower.

The reception is so nice, mini bar is filled with stuff every day that can save the whole day. You can leave luggage easily when you arrive early or leave late, we were so happy with the clean rooms as well Some rooms are small, some people might find it hard to fit
