Children had their own twin beds. It was close to amazing bakeries, Asian and French restaurants. Room was cleaned everyday. They provide a shower gel and shampoo combo with little soaps. Room is equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea. Location is walking distance to the Opera and the Louvre. Air conditioner worked well in our room. Staff is very friendly and speak many languages The penthouse room was beautiful with the skylights but the sun is bright around 6 am. Wish there had been a shade to cover those

The location. Elevator was out of service for 3 days out of the 5 I was staying there, and it also doesn’t reach all rooms (don’t ask how or why) so you have to drag your big luggage regardless. The hotel also imposes a policy to leave the room key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. In general it was expensive for the quality of the room, amenities and service.

Friendly staff and good location Toilets were on another level needing stairs and this was not indicated in the room details when i booked

The property is a bit old but the staff were super nice and polite made it feel like home and I had a lovely and comfortable stay definitely come back next time

The king size bed being 2 mattresses is an issue. You can’t sleep in the middle due to the separation of the mattresses. So you stick on one side as the f you were in a small bed.

Perfect location. Walk distance to most tourist attractions, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Great service staff and very easy check in and out process. Would return!

I loved everything about my stay!! Everything was perfect!

Staff was very pleasant. Location was great. Room was tiny. Bathroom door kept sliding open. Bathtub was very high - difficult getting in and out. Elevator tiny. Our group had to wait for each other.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hard to get into tub/shower.

I like the location and the staff were great. They were always available to take or to return my room key. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible.

Great location. Was in a room at the very top of the building on the fifth floor. The lift only goes to level 4 and recommends only 2 people at a time, so we had to climb the 105 steps to the top each day hit, but that was the only negative.

Location, location and location ? Size of room, no air ventilation in toilet!

The Front Desk is friendly and helpful! Awesome customer service! Only because my husband is a gentle giant 6’4”, he barely fits in the steps and we stayed at their suite which is at the top most. But for me 5’3” not a problem at all.

Price was relatively cheap compared to nearby hotels. The staff was friendly. The room itself was quite comfortable. The room was oddly designed. It is located on a small landing at the top of the stairs, with double doors, which may have been intended to reduce noise. However, it was very difficult to open the doors with large luggage. I nearly fell off the step—it was quite dangerous.
