The staff is very helpful.

Camille at front desk was super helpful!! She made sure our boxes were stored for our return and made great recommendations.

Friendly staff, convenient, clean. Very welcoming place. All good!
-
Location, A/C, complimentary coffee and water. Extremely small room and bathroom; toilet with leakage.

Location was good. It’s away from the crowds but still central enough to feel like Paris, great if you’re ok with walking. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage too, which was a big plus. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen with no space to put luggage. Cleanliness was ok, not perfect. Only suitable for a single traveler with one small bag.
-
Staff friendliness and helpfulness especially Ms Camille Every thing small; room too small bathroom too small, half lift (2 persons feel pressed like sardines in a tiny can); breakfast not great
-
Easy location, maybe not for first timers to Paris. I wanted to be out of the center. The room was nice, great rain shower. Breakfast was simple, basic, self serve. The room is small but we stayed for one night and we are light travelers. (one carry on and backpack). The bed was comfy.

The common spaces, staff and breakfast were the highlight. It's a small hotel and the rooms were small. However, they were well appointed. If you're looking for a crash pad in Central Paris, you would be hard pressed to do better. For what I paid and what I got, this was a good deal. I have nothing to complain and will be back

Small elevator.

Great location, closet to Metro station and bus stop just in front. Close to good places to eat. The desk attendant, Camille is a great customer assistant. Special thanks to her
-
Easy check-in, friendly reception staff, room matched the photos, and I could leave my bags for a few hours after checkout. Sound insulation from the corridor wasn't great, the room is quite small, and overall it feels a bit overpriced for what it is.
-
The location is perfect. You have restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop, metro. The reception is open 27/7 which is helpful. The staff is very nice and the cleaning is done daily. The room is very small
-
Great location and the staff were very nice and friendly. The place was clean and great hot shower! Can’t take food to the room.
-
Great location. Clean and quiet room. It was not evident by the booking.com listing that food was not allowed in the room. We had planned to shop local markets and eat in the room but didn't realize it was forbidden until we got there. It would have been nice to know in advance.

Nothing , Very bad vibes, CLAUSTROPHOBIC, the eleavator was so small that my 2 luguages could not fit with me inside. The coridor was made for one person. it wasnt clean and the room was very small, like a orison for VIP. I asked to pay 2 day fee and leave, but they refused and clain it is the policy to pay all the stay,(i am travelling alot and book hotel in booking like at least 10 to 15 hotels a year, never have this experience with cancelation) the hotels always came to help and did there best. Anyway, they said they canhe the policy and cancellation is full stay price (intresting why they change the policy? maybe because they had more cases like mine?!?! everything was bad experience, i could not stay in this hotel and wondered how they get 8.1 in reviews. i left and every other hotel i booked at quite the same price(a bit more) was so much better!

Room are too small, no heating in rooms.

The room was clean ant beautifully decorated. The view was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location. By walking a bit you could reach to Latin quarter. The elevator is too small (1-2 person max)
-
The hotel was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and coffee and tea were always available. The room was smaller than some travelers might be accustomed to but who comes to Paris to stay in the room. The neighborhood was excellent. The selection of restaurants and coffee shops was amazing. The food and diversity of food was excellent. The hotel was close walk to the Seine and all the major attractions. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing really stands out as a negative.

Room was comfy and functional. Great staff! They were kind and happy to help

The property itself is compact but sufficient, convenient location, and clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The place is not sound proof at all and every room is facing the street. The windows are not helping cause it’s not able to block the noise at all… It’s very close to a hospital and probably also police station, it’s impossible with the frequent sirens during the day and night to sleep if you’re a light sleeper… we had very little sleep that night and felt very tired the day after.
