We enjoyed staying there with my family specially because of the way the staff treat the guests. I would definitely book it when I go back to Paris.

Our intended room had to be repaired when we arrived and we got a substitute room. The next day, we should move to our intended room. While doing that, I forgot my charging cable and my brand new earpods from Sennheiser in the room (I was charging my pods). I realised this a couple of hours later and contacted reception. We went to the room and my pods and charging cable was gone. The receptionist had no intention of finding out who took these items, even though it was obvious that it could only be staff who had stolen the charger and ear pods. The next day I mentioned it again to a new receptionist. Again this person had no intention of persuing this matter. I find it quite alarming that the staff does not react to a case like this. No guests had been in the room.

Ryan the receptionist was really friendly and social. Housekeeping did an excellent job and was really friendly. Possibility to store luggage before check in and check out is a great service.

Comfortable room for two adults and a child, lovely beds and pillows. Our own private terrace courtyard with seating that we weren’t expecting! Free teas and coffee throughout the day. Lovely reception staff. Very clean. NA

Loved the location, staff and service. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Great room and air conditioning Breakfast was very simple and wasn’t worth it, often stale or badly cooked.
