Good

Staff were nice, they tried but the hotel was just bad. I can't think of anything else good about this place No lift, had to struggle luggage up stairs and I am recovering from a broken ankle. Specifically for our room the following applies Shower was so small (580mm sq) that you could not bend over to pick up the shampoo from the floor (there was no shelf in the shower to put it on), No toilet roll dispenser, no tissues provided, No air conditioning, no face washer provided, breakfast choices were extremely limited. If we hadn't brought our own vegemite to put on the toast we would have starved. There were literally 3 pieces of cheese, 3 pieces of meat . In our opinion it was so bad that we checked out foregoing our payment and went to a different hotel

Staff were great and very helpful. The location was great to get to anywhere around Paris and Disneyland from Nation station 10 min walk away. Good value for money as it was one of the cheaper hotels in Paris. From our room, you could hear all noise from pretty much anywhere in the hotel, which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep when other guests came in late at night.

Location. Staff Our room was very hot. The radiators very hot all through the night. We had to keep all windows open to keep cool, and the noise from the street kept us awake all night. We asked the hotel if they could turn off the radiators or lower the temperature and they said they would try, but after 3 nights the radiators were not adjusted and we had to persevere, much to our inconvenience.

Friendly staff, close to the metro station making transportation easy. It is a little further from central Paris but the metro helped accommodate for that Rooms were hot, but could easily open window for more air.

Facilities. Shower area is very small. Staff (6.56pm ridiculously opened my door ) around people (from neighbors to neighborhood. I do not think they have basic intelligence

I went to breakfast and no bread and croissant left at 9 am on Sunday and asking the staff and they just say have no more!! At 9 am???? Think!

❌❌❌Nothing, guys be carefull because they are realy good scammers, they don’t even want to answer on phone call except one guy from today. I want to put minus grade but that is good for them because it is not possible. ROOM 202 ON PHOTOS❌❌❌ ❌❌❌❌The hotel is terrible and I do not recommend it to anyone, avoid this facility at all costs, so let's start: there is no hot water for showers in the facility, there is no door to the toilet in room 202, the insulation is so bad that you can hear people from 3 floors down talking on the ground floor, the room is like it's from the Stone Age and is not offered at all, and I won't even talk about the staff, they are terrible, especially one short, skinny porter who said that we were not allowed to use the hairdryer in the room because it would activate the alarm and it was so loud that you could hear it all the way to the city center, the exit to the garden is filled with old mattresses and doors that were just thrown on, the humidity is like we are in a rainforest not in Paris, the only bright spot of the hotel is that there is nothing good in it at all except for breakfast which lasts from 07:00-10:00 but you have to be quick because at 7:15 you don't have enough to eat, we slept on a mattress that is not a mattress but a yellow sponge, they do daily cleaning services and In 6 days a female person came 3 times, so don't pay your money, you won't get it back. We were scammed so we wouldn't want anyone else to be, scam is a mild term for this. A 3-star hotel, and they don't have 3 lights to work, let alone anything else. A big disappointment.❌❌❌❌❌

The hotel is next to a subway station. Terrifying experience. As soon as we arrived in the room, located in a separate part of the structure that seems to be a warehouse with stacked chairs and mattresses, we found a broken television, missing towels, empty soap and shampoo dispenser and to top it off a pair of used socks on the floor next to the bed. As a result, I believe the level of cleanliness of the structure is ridiculously insufficient and I absolutely do not feel I can guarantee that it is present. At my request to "do something" (like change rooms) to recover from this situation, absolutely nothing was done. I absolutely do not recommend this structure. The quality/price ratio is definitely too high.

Location and the room Breakfast included with the price but there were a trouble with the breakfast. Not enough food for the quantity of people they were in the hotel. We had to ask the stuff to bring us bread, ham, cheese. Also the paring it’s payable as extra €19 per day.

It’s a very bad establishment all my properties was stolen at the parking and they did nothing at all, my car was vandalized and all, very terrible experience I had with them Everything about this property is bad, late check in and all
