Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

The only part that was a bit uncomfortable was that Europe doesn't have Central air conditioning. However, at night, we opened the window, and the natural night air was very comfortable. The guys from the front desk are very nice and sweet… all of them treat us very well! The location is amazing, a few steps from the metro station and 10min walk from the opera and gallery Lafayette. The was a water dropping from the bathroom light, the bedroom for four people is very tight, hard to open all the luggages at the same time.

Poor housekeeping service, uncomfortably firm pillows, poor quality towels, no shower curtain, room not well maintained (damaged door on closet),

Elevator was malfunctioning on the 6th floor. Door wouldn’t open

they were doing construction the whole time, couldn’t even sleep. on busy road so cars passing by.

Extremely helpful staff. They even helped me unload my trunk and found a parking spot on the street in the vicinity. Gave helpful tips about getting around. Biggest negative point is I would say the isolation. Everything that happens in the neighbouring rooms and the hallway is extremely audible.

The location is perfect. There is a metro station, a grocery store, and lovely restaurants right next to the hotel. You can easily walk to Sacré-Coeur and the Wall of Love (Le mur des je t’aime). The hotel is clean and the staff are really kind. The bathrooms in the rooms have just been renovated and they are very modern. Like many hotels in Paris, the rooms are a bit small but that’s just part of the charm! You won’t be doing cartwheels, but everything you need is there and it’s cozy and comfortable for a lovely stay.

Excellent location, everything within walking distance (Louvre, Montmartre). The metro is right next door, as well as many great restaurants and bakeries. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Super staff, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Kamel for the great recommendations regarding everything! That my holiday was not long enough, but I will be back soon and definitely will come back to this hotel.

We got a top floor room with a little balcony. The view made everything. The room was appointed well enough. Our room had 3 twin beds(2 close to make a king). Close to the patisserie(what you expect from France!). Pretty easy to find. They held our baggage when we checked out.

The location was nice, a lot of nice cafes and a fleamarket closeby. Staff was very rude at, facilities were dirty and not maintained well.

I liked the stuff, very helpful. The location is great. The room looks nice. They didn’t clean the room daily.

Location and good shower Wardrobe door was hanging off. We reported this but no one fixed it, Two towels were taken off for cleaning after day one but only one came back. Most of the electric sockets didn't work. Coffee machine needed coffee pods but only one provided, a kettle would have been more use.
