Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. The reception team provided excellent service and everyone was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness was one of the highlights of our experience. The room was always very well maintained, and the cleaning service was provided every day, which made a big difference to our comfort. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel. The team, the cleanliness, and the excellent service made our stay very enjoyable. One suggestion for future guests would be regarding noise levels. During our stay, we experienced some disturbance from doors being closed very loudly in nearby rooms, which sometimes woke us up. We understand that this is not something directly under the hotel’s control, but a gentle reminder to guests to close doors more carefully would help improve everyone’s experience. Regarding breakfast, as we stayed for six days, we felt that there could be more variety in the options offered. In particular, we would have appreciated a wider selection of fruits. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel. The excellent reception service, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff made our experience very enjoyable.

The person standing as the receptionist, a tall white guy, on Saturday 13th of June 2026, around 19:15 was extremely rude. I am a tall woman, he said: hi monsieur! Do you always hire rude ppl as receptionist? The other receptionists were really nice. But this tall guy that I only met for a second when going up was extremely rude. I don’t want to pay so much so I can go somewhere and an idiot tells me something annoying. This is not acceptable at all, bullying your guests!!!!!!!!! Everything
