Great location, friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a bedroom with a spare bed Shower water pressure could have been stronger. The AC on the last night seemed to not be working as well as previous nights.

Staff including the manager were very polite and helpful. Close to 3 Metro stations. Bathroom was lovely - recently renovated. City tax was not included in the price. Aircon was controlled by front desk and often stopped during the night. Also could not change the temp or any settings in the room, so at midnight we had to go downstairs to ask the reception to change the temp from 30 degrees to 23. We would have been happy to have the windows open, but the street below was too noisy. Breakfast was minimal - Orange juice, Coffee/tea & plain croissant. The 4th &n 5th floors were undergoing renovation, so noisy during the day, and stairs, lift were covered up

Nice area, great location. Comfortable lobby with nice vibe. Easy check in. Tiny elevator, which only fit one person and one small suitcase. Room smelt of mold and water was leaking in from the shower under the bedroom wall - we had to soak up the water with towels, and sleep with all the windows open because it was so hot (the fan did very little). The wall between the bedroom and shower was damaged and moldy. When we asked for a solution at reception downstairs, we were told there was nothing they could do as they were full, and the receptionist got visibly annoyed with us. Construction works in the building during the day, and also the door to the bathroom was off its hinges and had to be lifted off the floor every time we wanted to use the bathroom. Maybe the other rooms are better, just don’t get the top floor room.

Everything was excellent from the Staff, Room, Location and the Continental Breakfast. The Hotel Lucien is a boutique Hotel in a quiet neighborhood, that is walkable to many restaurants and not too far to walk to visit multiple Paris attractions. We loved our stay and will hopefully return soon. The staff was very helpful with walking directions, maps, and booking a wonderful taxi service back to the airport. They also made up our room everyday, which was a delightful surprise.
