The airconditioning was a lifesaver! Breakfast was high quality

Very large room for Paris standards. Easy walk from the train station. Beautiful courtyard view from window. Pleasant staff. Very clean. Late check out Not much. It was a great stay. I have nothing to add to this area

It was so convenient to park in the hotel garage right by the hotel itself!! The receptionists were very attentive, everyone from the staff speaks English and if not, they are still willing to help immediately. They are proactive and friendly. Room is comfy with a quite big bathroom and A/C. Food is abundant and you can ask for vegan alternatives, like soy or almond milk. The metro station is only a few steps away.

It was close to 3 metro stations The ac did not work well. It was still hot in the room .

Would have liked some colour in the room eg pictures on white walls would have softened it a little , be less stark ?

Handy for Metro and both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Helpful, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, quiet room with excellent aircon overlooking the courtyard, we had a very pleasant stay Nothing to complain about, but it would have been nice to have a few more coffee sachets in the room.

Starting with check-in and continuing past checkout, the staff was great. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast was good with seating inside and outside on a terrace. Bus and metro were just steps from the front door and Gare de l’Est was a six-minute walk.

My checkout was on 12 and cleaning staff knocked on my door 3 times starting at10 to leave.. I told her my checkout is at 12 on the second time… and then she knocked again at 11:30 .. got on my nerves a bit

Good location, close to the metro line 7 and close to the station Gare Du Nord Noisy, a lot of traffic outside (ambulances), old windows that block very little noise. Small old and uncomfortable bed.

The staff were helpful and cheerful. Rooms are compact.

It’s very clean and comfy. Better than expected. Just enough for trip. Staff are really friendly and nice.

The property itself is very clean, the area has everything you need, there’s oublic transportation points (bus and metro stations) literally around the corner. The only thing to concern is it’s about 20-30 minutes ride with any public transportation to any of the touristic areas. Clean & cozy Space for our stuff limited

Good personal District was not too good. After 1,2 stops in metro out of city centre all the time was an announcement about pickpockets. Didn't feel safe

Everything great location to metro and eastbound westbound trains comfy beds pleasant staff. Also close to Laundromat everything was within a couple mins walk. Room was quite big for Europe. Nothing really
