Good for the value. Location is close to Champ Elysee. Enviorenment is not too much noisy. Reception is 24/7 (they ask you to leave the keys when you are leaving the otel). In line with descriptions. Thin walls, No sound isolation. Whatever is talked in the next room, you can hear it as if you are sitting with them

Great location, friendly staff, nice style. Black mold around the window and in the shower. No smoke alarm in the room.

The property is very centrally located, it is clean, unique in design? It feels like home away from home. The staff are all knowledgable, polite, respectful and represents the company, with excellence. I found your company on line, the reviews were all good and I booked your hotel through Bookings. Com left for Montpellier and came back to your property to fly out to London-New York-Montego Bay, Jamaica. I did not like the fact that I could not reached the front desk because the duration of the time I arrived until I left and returned and still the phone did not work I was staying on the 4 th floor. Please have it fix. I needed a wake up call and your staff has to walk up the steps to awake. Me.

Not very clean, shower drain was constantly clogged so water would pool whenever showering. Also woke up covered in bug bites so most likely bedbugs in mattresses. Yes this is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, but I would recommend spending the extra $ to stay at a higher rated hotel instead.

no freezer to cool drinks and food, no air conditioning, weak fan, large window to air the room and not get hot, but a lot of traffic noise

Staff was great. Very accommodating. The room was great especially for a solo traveler. Would stay here again in the future

The Location was perfect, with proximity to all the required attractions. Bathroom was okay. The room I stayed in was quite small and unfortunately did not have a heater, which made it uncomfortable as I felt very cold throughout my stay. Additionally, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member on duty on the 20th of April. He was dark-skinned and spoke to me rudely and inappropriately regarding a sealed package of fish I was traveling with, claiming it had an unpleasant smell. Despite my efforts to pack and seal it properly, his approach was disrespectful and lacking in professionalism. I hope steps can be taken to ensure better customer service and comfort for future guests.

This hotel is fine. Unless you're on honeymoon or a romantic weekend away you'd be crazy to spend long in your Paris hotel room - hotel rooms are for sleeping. The bed was fine but the quilt was a tad too small - had the weather been colder we'd have needed an extra blanket. The bath is in the room with the shower head affixed to the wall; no curtain so it took some careful manoeuvres to keep the floor dry! The toilet was small, airplane small. You can rest your head on the wall while sitting down though, so that's a bonus if you're jetlagged or hungover. Elevator large enough for 1 person or luggage but not both, so factor that if mobility is an issue for you. Location was fine too. Near embassies and the Elysée Palace so quiet at night and plenty of cops on patrol. Some grocery stores / bakeries / coffee shops nearby. It was a pleasant walk in the sun to the Musée D'Orsay. I had low expectations and they were met.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was full of short hair, the shower head had poop stuck onto it !! It was also mud around and dust on the floor. The hotel receptionist did not help us to get refund.
