it was close to the office. staff was very friendly and helpful the room was very small, and the aircon was not able to cool it. The thermostate could only be set to fan, not cool. The breakfast was sparse.

location seemed ok staff were helpful as they could be. e had to find alternate accommodation. i enquired if the property had lifts as my mother is 85 years old and unable to climb more than 4-5 steps. The property returned my message and guaranteed the lift services all floors which was incorrect information. We had to walk up a spiral staircase (30+ steps) to get to level 1 then the lift starts there and they were not going to provide a refund initially. Eventually they agreed after seeing my mother struggled to walk at all!

It is situated in a very nice neighborhood of Paris. The room is small but looks new and clean. For one person, it is good enough. It has all the basics, including a hot water boiler. It has a person monitoring the hotel 24 hours a day. The entrance is rather hidden; you may pass it without noticing it.

Formal Complaint & Immediate Refund Request – Hôtel Prony Monceau, 8–10 May 2026 I booked a room at Hôtel Prony Monceau for 8–10 May 2026. Before arrival your hotel charged €99 to my card. Upon arrival I was informed the hotel was overbooked. Without my consent you cancelled my reservation and moved me to another, more expensive hotel where I actually stayed. I did not occupy any room at Hôtel Prony Monceau. It is now 12 May — two days after checkout — and the €99 has still not been refunded.

Nice clean bright bedroom with double window aspect. Easily reached with metro station nearby, great location for Montmartre & Arc d’Triompe Wasn’t the easiest to get in and out of the shower as the bath was quite high. The coffee and crème wasn’t replaced as we stayed 2 nights, thankfully we did bring our own sachets
