The room was clean and spacious enough, bed was good and comfy (headboard not so much)! Staff was friendly and helpful, truly the stars during our stay! Airco worked most of the time which was a life saviour during the heatwave. Our room had a view to the back of the building, unfortunately directly to the balcony of a local resident who was constantly outside smoking. So not possible to keep our curtains open. Location is okayish. Close to metro stations? Yes, but definitely a long ride anywhere worth seeing in Paris, mostly you have to change metro several times. I spent over 30 euros pp with transport for a short day 3 stay and only a few trips with the metro, so think of that when choosing this location. A few cafes and brasseries around but a bit pricey for the quality offered. If you go to Marais you get better quality for the same price. Facilities were not much of a thing but if you plan to stay outside 100% of the time, it is an ok option. This is the real every day Paris, not glamorous at all. For me it the real downside was the distance to other places,

Spacious room and large bathroom on ground floor. Helpful staff Didn't have any lobby, room.was right by reception so quiet noisy. Not super close to stations, but in the nice part of the city

The room was clean, beautiful view, pictures are accurate, the receptionist that welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful. We are very happy with the location. It is quite calm but not far from the station Nation that has metro connections to pretty much everywhere.

It is a very nice hotel. It is easily accessible and within a 5–10 minute walk of several metro stations. The neighborhood seems pleasant and safe. We liked it a lot for the price. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. There was only one cabinet in the room, and it seems the top of it is not cleaned very often. Since the room was small, I put one of my belongings there, but unfortunately, it got a bit dirty because it was dusty.
