the Hotel Touraine Opéra is a 4* star hotel, with 39 rooms all recently renovated. Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat screen TV (45 channels), a mini fridge, a work desk, hairdryer, and much more. Our Breakfast is served daily in the lobby from 07am to 10:30am, you may also have it delivered to the room to enjoy a cozy morning in bed. During your stay, you can also privatize our fitness room and sauna. This service is included in every reservation. External room service is available from 12 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. With an ideal geographical location in the heart of Paris (located just 5 minutes from the department stores and the Opéra Garnier), the Touraine Opéra hotel is a very judicious choice for those wanting the best in terms of comfort, service, and value for money.

Nothing, sona, gym, everything is just for pictures and is not usable My room was in 6th floor and elevator was not working hole my stay there, I mean 3 nights. Room was not clean, there was a lot dust . And the water isn't draining properly from the bathroom sink and I ask to fix it 2 times but they did not.

The staff was super friendly and they did everything they could to help us if we were not sure about where we were going. The breakfast was fabulous. It really added to the deal. Just the room was a little small. That was really all.

Staff was nice and Location was good For 4 Stars I was disappointed that I had to walk into the 4th floor cause elevator wasn’t working the entire time - the stairs however were almost always blocked with cleaning carts and also the hallways. The fridge was tiny, the room had only one small window into a small interior opening. The breakfast was nice but not the biggest selection and unfortunately very slow with restocking. It wasn’t an unpleasant experience and the staff was really nice but I wouldn’t call it very good value for money - especially considering what I would have had to pay without the reduced rate

Staff were so incredibly lovely - always went further than needed to make sure we had everything we wanted and to be friendly. Really made our stay! The lift was broken and we were staying on the 7th floor. That said, the staff were apologetic and offered us a free breakfast to compensate and also made sure to bring our bags to our room for us.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. Furthermore, the entire staff—especially Victoria—was remarkably warm, friendly, and attentive.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and would accomodate most of our request. The location was quite accessible from major tourist spots, metro, cafes etc. would definitely visit again.
