Location Staff way too different to evaluate...during the heat wave we could barely breath inside the room, since the air conditioning was blocked at 23. With 39 outside. Old old elétric system. Avoid.

This hotel is super cute and in a fantastic location. Everything you could want within walking distance. Room was spotless, bed really comfortable. Personal preference but the pillows were a little soft. It would have made the stay perfect if there had been a mini fridge!

Staff were very freindly, welcoming and supportive with any issue we had at the property. The AC wasn't working well in room we originally had and with the temperatures in Paris between 32-38 degrees we definately needed it. However, the staff at the accommodation made no hesitation to accommodate me any my family elsewhere to ensure we were as comfortable a possible.

This was a wonderful hotel and made our trip even better. The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered a daily breakfast that looked good but we chose to eat out. They did provide water to refill out bottles with. We were there during the heat wave. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean. The best part was it was cool. The air conditioner was wonderful. The hotel was in a nice location and a nice walk to many attractions. I would stay here again. Everything was nice.

Good location about 1 hr travel by Train/metro or taxi from Charles de Gualle Airport. Vaneau metro 5 mins walk away from hotel. Lime bike hire outside front of hotel and recommend restaurant next to hotel to eat. Good amenities close by. We got a lovely sized room, very clean and comfortable with juliet window and tastefully decorated Happy with everything
