The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs! The room was lovely and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony too. The breakfast spread is the best we have come across, could not fault anything about this stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The staff were great- super friendly and they were able to answer all of our questions. The room was very comfortable and quiet. At night, there was a crowd watching the France- Morroco match across the street but we didn't hear anything when we went to to our room. The only thing we weren't overly excited about was the walking distance to the Eiffel Tower (for some reason we thought it would be a bit closer) but it's a great way to get exercise while on vacay. Location is right across the street from metro, but it was surprisingly quiet. Everything worked, room was clean, staff was very friendly. Would happily stay again

Pleasant design. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. No electrical outlet in the bathroom!! Reading light next to bed didn’t work. No face cloths.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The location is fantastic and very convenient, making it easy to enjoy Paris. The corner room was especially impressive — spacious, comfortable, bright, and with a really lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, filling, and offered a great variety, so it was a perfect start to each day. The lounge area downstairs was also very cozy and welcoming, a great place to relax. Most of all, I would like to sincerely praise Clara at the reception. She was exceptionally kind, polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. She deserves 100 out of 10 stars, and I really hope her manager knows what an amazing job she is doing. Honestly, very little to mention here. Our stay was extremely enjoyable, and the overall experience was excellent.

This is our third time in this hotel and we will definitely stay there again when we visit Paris . Clean rooms , great breakfast, just a step away from subway station , great and helpful staff.

Didnt like the noise from the station at night of the people arguing. Wish there was a fan to sleep in but thats okay. Didnt love how I could hear other guests come off the elevators and hear them talking in the hallway.

Initially booked for 4 nights, but had to check out after 1 night. It was explicitly stated the reservation was non-refundable, but the hotel on their own refunded me the nights I didn't stay with no fuss whatsoever. Amazing! Nothing

The hotel is located at a super convenient location where Metro station is just in front of the hotel’s gate and many bus stops are nearby. The window is big and bright. The staff are very friendly and easygoing. Breakfast could be improved if more fresh cooked items are available, such as Omelets.

I was upgraded on arrival and room was excellent, with little balcony and sitting area that was very pleasurable. Since weather was nice during my stay, I enjoyed having coffee and tea and relaxing in the sunset. Bed was very comfortable, good cosmetics in bathroom, clean, good breakfast. Staff was discrete, helpful and friendly, I felt appreciated and welcomed. In years, I stayed in various hotels in Paris and this one I will remember with joy.
