The location was near the metro, which made travel easier. My experience with the Ibis Hotel was unfortunately less than satisfactory. After only the first night, I was startled awake by what I believe to be drilling and other constructions noises, around 8AM. The a/c was out for the entire second day, forcing me to leave my accommodations and find shelter with proper conditions elsewhere due to health reasons. It was later explained that there was some sort of error on our floor specifically. The hotel gave no prior warning about either event and between the noise and heat, it was a shocking and uncomfortable experience. To further exasperate the problem, my bathroom ceiling was leaking and the sink would not drain. This caused an already small environment to become smelly, crowded and dangerous. The persistent leak kept the entire bathroom space moist, which invited flies and made it virtually unusable for my sister who suffers from chronic asthma. There was a true fear that the combination of these things would cause the bathroom to flood.

The area is very bad. Dirty. You will feel unsafe especially in the nights. Location wise it is worse. You never feel that you are in Paris.

Nice room. Excellent staff. Anne at front desk was exceptional! Location convenient to metro and supermarket. Air conditioning was weak.. Trash on the walkway from metro and on street was horrible.

Location neighborhood but not big deal

The room was spacious, clean, and well presented, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of fresh, well‑prepared options that made for a great start to the day. The air conditio did not cool the room sufficiently. When we raised this, we were informed that the system mainly circulates air rather than actively cooling, which made the room less comfortable than expected..

I liked the room. Everything was neat. I didn't like the fact that non of the cleaners could speak English.

Did not had comfortable family suite

Quite a nice view from 11th floor. Nice bathroom and some TV programmes. We got new towels every day. Quite far away from the city centre (like 40-50 mins from city centre), there was no way to receive fresh air (the windows could not be opened, only to run the ventilation), quite a small room. No smart TV.

The location was perfect. Close to family. The staff was very friendly at the hotel The room was too hot. Couldn’t adjust the temperature. First night was so uncomfortable that I had to change room The breakfast didn’t have enough selection. The restaurant staff was rushing us to leave because they wanted to clean

Ibis Paris hotel is praised for their comfortable accommodations, convenient locations, and friendly staff. We enjoy the modern amenities and the affordability of the stays. Everything was perfect and Ibis hotels generally highlight a few key aspects. We appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the budget-friendly pricing. However, we would like to mention that the rooms are very smaller than average and that breakfast options are somewhat limited. Overall, we tend to find Ibis hotels a good choice for value and convenience.

A nice hotel overall but the rooms need a bit of upgrades. The staff were friendly, you have parking underground with easy access to the hotel lobby. Close to metro station with easy access to the city center.
