Rooms were quite nice, spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The eating area is great, breakfast was very good with different options and you also had the chance to get water and hot drinks whenever you wanted it for free. Price was a bit higher then expected considering the location. Its super close to both metro bus and tram station but you are not exactly close to the centre

It was very expensive to add 169£ for car park and tax that was not been told for hand That I have to pay tax when I arrive in Paris they told me I have to pay city tax

Terrible smell of drains in the bathroom; tiny bedroom and bathroom, you literally could not move.

The staff was excellent. They helped us a lot with informations and parking. I really appreciate it. The maid was almost rude. We went to the toilet (downstairs in the hotel) before we left and she was complaining that she just cleaned.

Annie was so helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The room could’ve been bigger, they also lock the door at night and you have to wait for someone to open it up, not very safe for a woman. There should be a way to open the door with your key
