Rooms are tiny! Staff isn’t very nice, bed was comfortable though

The variety of continental breakfast. It is advisable the refilling of the buffet should not take long, keeping guests waiting.

Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent friendly staff. Great breakfast option. Close to Roland Garros. Loved tropical mid century boho vibe. Sink was big but no where to sit items. A bit far from Eiffel Tower area.

The staff were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. It is a bit on the outskirts of downtown, but was the perfect location for us as we were attending a PSG game.

Everything was TRES BIEN NOTHING

Clean. Comfortable. Good shower. Easily accessible. Parking on site. Parking was a bit of a mess. You have to go up and down a hill through the main gate because you can’t access the parking lot from the hotel. You must go in the street and open the main gate for cars to get to your vehicle. Unload all your luggage first THEN go park the car so you don’t have to go up and down a steep hill carrying your bags.

Staff The rooms were not directly connected, as a utility/heating room was in between. The bed sheets were not changed during our 5-night stay. The room was not clean — the carpet was dusty and the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned. The shower was that the hot water was only dripping and did not flow properly. However, the metro is very close, practically right next to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help.

The room is big and the staff was very kind. The 4 star grade is a bit exaggerated. They don’t provide drinking water in the room.

I experienced some unprofessional behavior during my stay. We had a reservation for three nights, fully paid via Booking.com. However, the hotel charged us a second time for the same reservation. When we informed them, they issued a refund but deducted the transaction fees — even though the error was entirely on their side. As a result, we ended up paying around €53 in fees for a mistake we had no part in. What was even more concerning is that the hotel withdrew the amount without our consent, and the debit card was somehow automatically saved into their system, which raised serious privacy and security concerns. The hotel itself does not meet 4-star standards. The room was very small, with no closet and no place to store luggage. It was also disappointing to find that complimentary water was provided only for the first night, despite paying for three.

The staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel is so warm and vibrant. The room is spacious compared to other Parisian hotels. Emile and Fatimah are so sweet and helpful. The breakfast is great. I will surely come again!

Too many monkeys

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the access to public transportation was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall I had a great stay. They had also decorated the room for my husband’s birthday based on my request, which was very meaningful and special to me. I truly appreciated it. I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to others. It would have been even better if the room had been a bit larger.
