Location, good air conditioning

Location was great. Very friendly staff. We stayed there for 3 of the hottest days in Paris this year and the AC was a godsend. We were so glad to have booked here when twitter was exploding about the lack of AC in Paris hotels. Nothing in particular. If I were to nitpick, it was a bit pricey for us - but still seemed like a good value compared to the other hotels nearby.Strongly recommend for families.

The bed wasnt comfortable, in the morning there wasnt hot water in the shower.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. For the price, it was very overpriced. An incredibly simple, budget room but for the price of the boutique hotels nearby. The breakfast was also very simple, again, overpriced.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very responsive to messages.

Location! TV didn't work. Black mold in shower. Tub was unsafe by being extremely slippery. We needed to navigate a stairway after using the Elivator. No wash clothes were provided in the bathroom. No A/C.

They offered breakfast which I actually didnt know. The room felt dark and old. Not very cozy. The window I had in my room didnt have a view of the street.

Even though I booked a double room, they questioned my friend who was staying with me and tried to charge an extra fee. They were not at all understanding. The room was very small and there was only one towel. There was only one roll of toilet paper and it was almost finished. They were not helpful at all.

Perfect location right next to Cluney Museum and running along the Seine River across from the Ile de la Cite. Comfortable clean room had everything we needed. Some of the front desk stuff for knowledgeable and helpful but a few were not. However we do not speak French, so not unusual.

Staff was very nice ! Very helpful

Having the tea and coffee available downstairs was very nice. We were travelling with friends so could meet there and chat and plan our day. The location was excellent. There was a lovely cafe up the street, out the door left and left again for croissants, etc. The elevator was broken during our whole stay so it was difficult for one of our friends to take her bags up and down to the 5th floor. It would be nice to have a safe in the rooms; however there is someone at the hotel 24/7 watching over things. Our bathroom had a slight hole in the wall behind the toilet that could be repaired. We are currently having trouble with the hotel reimbursing us as we cancelled one of the 3 rooms as per the booking.com contract timelines. However the hotel has charged us for this room even after I showed the hotel the email from booking.com verifying that the room had been cancelled.

Attendants at the front desk, comfortable bed, modern shower, great walkable location, no carpet! The walls were a bit thin but mostly only heard people opening and closing doors.
-
The location in the Latin Quarter was perfect, a nice walk to all the sights we wanted to see and lots of cafe and meal choices right in the area. We really liked the fact that the leftover fruit from breakfast is donated to a women’s shelter that teaches them how to make fruit jams. Nothing

The towels could have been better but for the location close to Notre Dame and the center of Paris it is a perfect place to stay.
-
The triple room was a great size. Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredible. We had an early morning flight, and they opened the breakfast a little early for us. Thank you!
-
The location was nice not too far from Notre dame and so many restaurants you could walk to. The staff was friendly. They held our luggages while we waited for check in time. The room was a bit noisy at night you can hear sirens.
-
It was very clean and the location was right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Jocelyn (front desk clerk) was very helpful with our questions and provided lots of great information for our stay. The complimentary coffee and juice was nice. It was exactly as advertised for a 2 star hotel and their program of helping disadvantaged women is icing on the cake. Nothing

The location was excellent and loved the look to the hotel. Definitely staying here again.
