The suite was full of charm and very useful for a small family. The host was great, very informative and helpful. The breakfast brought to our room every morning was a highlight. Excellent location in a very walkable neighborhood (the 20th, M11 Place des Fêtes).

Loved the daily breakfast! It was perfect bountiful. Decorations in the apartment was very Parisian. Lots of books to read. Near metro. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Lots of stairs going up to apartment may be difficult for older people. Bathroom was very small.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment has a great location — close to the метро, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The host was excellent — friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. We would definitely stay here again! ?

The location was great- so near to Charles de Gaulle and in a vibrant area. The rooms were more spacious than I expected and the house is back from the street. It’s a beautiful and calm place in a lively suburb.

Beautiful, green & quiet location, central in Belleville area. Our room was charming and decorated with a lot of care, beds slept very well and breakfast was simple but tasteful. Cannot think of anything to improve

Wonderful!

We lived in a very cosy (and at the same time spacious) apartment with a kitchenette. What we especially enjoyed was an artistic touch of the interior and a lot of good books (including art books). As well as delicious breakfast and amiability of the host. Merci!

Lovely little apartment in a very peaceful setting and in a quiet district but very close to the metro and buses making the centre of Paris just a short ride away. Great breakfast delivered every morning by the very amenable host Richard. The apartment is well equipped for a self-catering stay but there are also restaurants and cafés close by. A bonus is Richard’s two very friendly cats.

Wonderful Parisian apartment in beautiful house in a peaceful secret alley. Breakfast at your door with buttery croissants cheese and fruit is s real treat. The garden was a bit unkempt but it's still winter and nonetheless a wonderful space. The house is a bit old fashioned. Wifi is not the fastest

Fantastic breakfast delivered to our door each morning and an easy walk to Metro or bus for travel into the city. The bedroom on the mezzanine was very small for two people and although the beds were comfy we had to leave the suitcases in the lounge room as no space. Richard was a very accommodating host.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. The bed was great to sleep in! We got daily breakfast in front of our door and this was also great with fresh croissants, baguette, jam and cheese. The metro is close by to get anywhere in Paris but the area around the house is also great and worth a visit. It was quite cold in the apartment and we could not regulate the heating. We came over New Year's Eve and it was also cold outside but I would recommend some extra thick socks and layers.

A typical french ‘maison’ nestling in pretty gardens. Quiet, cosy and welcoming. Excellent breakfast served daily. Very well appointed and a perfect size for a family. Good local shopping and good connection by Metro to the centre. Nothing stands out.

Really lovely stay. Richard and Luc were so kind and accommodating. We had a full little apartment to ourselves - it was very private, quiet and well decorated. Very cute property with view of the garden in the city which is such a nice feature. Many stairs but worth the privacy. Also in the 20th arr. - but right next to the metro so very accessible.

I was traveling with my two parents, and the place was perfect for us, really comfortable to relax after a day of walking and sight-seeing. The host is very responsive and understanding. The location is also convenient with a metro station within two blocks. The kitchen is equipped so you can make food at the apartment. It is a really lovely apartment with a great and interesting library. Everything was nice. Nothing to complain about. It would have been nice to have some herbal infusions for before bed :)

Tastefully furnished and very well equipped room, very helpful host, good and quiet location, great breakfast. Metro, restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely stay there again.

A nice old apartment, the interior is tastefully decorated. Surrounded by a peaceful garden with a lot of greenery. It is a real retreat to get away from the busy tourist area. The nearest metro station Telegraphe is just around 2 - 3 mins walk away. Alternatively is to walk leisurely to Pyrenees or Belleville station, through some interesting neighborhoods with a number of bakery and grocery shops. A good way to experience a real local Parisian daily life without tourists. The connection to the main tourist attractions is easy to navigate by metro and mostly within half an hour journey. We are happy to have made the choice to stay here for our trip to Paris. After a 4 days stay, we just feel like home ? None

We had a lovely stay. Easy to catch the metro to other neighbourhoods and some nice restaurants in the area. Plus lovely breakfast in the morning.

Le Grand Meaulnes is a delightful escape in the heart of the 20th. The neighborhood buzzes with vibrant life, yet as soon as you step into this charming hideaway, you're greeted with peace and quiet. We spent a few days during our honeymoon and we couldn't have hoped for anything better, an ideal blend of Parisian charm and tranquility. Everything was perfect
