Cute, friendly staff, nice courtyard and rooftop area, nice lounge and game area, nice shower and AC! No pool, rooftop and bar closed early.

We like to stay here as you can walk from the Eurostar and the rooms are a good size, newly decorated with nice bathrooms We don’t like how the courtyard garden can only be used by restaurant guests, that it’s open all evening and every night we stayed was very noisy beyond 10pm. We also don’t like that when we spoke to the restaurant staff about this they were very rude to us and the hotel reception staff - refusing let us sit in the garden or move people inside. We also didn’t like how the corridor decor is very dark, dirty and stained.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and nice spacious bathroom. Such a bonus to have the roof top terrace to wind down in the evening. The only thing that wasn’t 100% were the staff, although very nice, the bar staff didn’t seem to know what Cointreau was and the staff at breakfast weren’t particularly friendly.
