The cleanliness and the staff
-
Lovely old building converted to modern hotel. Rooms small but well designed. Shower rooms, beds, linen etc are good quality. Reception and the ancient lift are really very small - or it’s a steep climb up the stairs.
-
Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, really good bathroom situation. The location however is incredible, in a beautiful area, which I think is the best part. Right in the heart of a very thriving fun and historic neighborhood. The service was friendly. I know that the hotel is in an old building so there are restrictions around working with that but the room was so small it was difficult to navigate. Really it’s only a place to sleep very comfortably and have a good shower.

Staff very friendly and goes above and beyond.

It was very clean and in a good location I didn’t like that there were no face cloths and it was very hard to get ice.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean - and cleaned every day. Everything in the room worked fine. Location of the hotel was incredibly convenient to the metro and many attractions. Nice, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurant choices. The hotel had a small elevator if you didn't want to walk up the stairs. You could hear the street from the room. The room was fairly small, but that is expected in a big city. The hotel doesn't have a ton of amenities, but it was a great place to stay as a home base for exploring Paris. I came to visit the city, rather than hang out in the hotel.

I could hear a faint static noise all night long, maybe it was the A/C.

Clean rooms. Plush towels. Lovely rooftop. Hospitable staff.

The breakfast was very good. They have a lovely rooftop terrace. The AC was just fair so we had to open a window.

Clean, friendly staff and good location

Cozy bed, wonderful nights sleep. Shower products smelled lovely. Enjoyed robes and slippers. Brilliant location. Comically tiny old lift. More coffee and tea provision in the room.
-
I like the convenience short distance from the metro station The room is veeeery small

The location is great. Staff is very professional, rooms very clean. And the view from the rooftop is exceptional. There was no heating source in the room (no radiator in the bathroom or heating floor).

This is, in many respects, a typical Paris hotel. We were very happy to stay there. The location is good, and very convenient to Metro, RER and TGV. If you prefer to walk, many South Bank locations are within reasonable distance. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful, the room clean and quiet and air conditioned. The bathroom was very good and no shortage of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and it was possible to store packing cubes underneath it. Being a Paris hotel, the room is not large (but not as cramped as a London hotel). There was very little storage, and no refrigeration. The 'desk' was a fold-down panel. We did not want to spend down-time in the room. Nonetheless, this a fine place to stay, and we recommend it. We have no criticisms.

The location was great. It was next to multiple subway lines. My room didn’t have a refrigerator but this was just a minor inconvenience.
