Great Nothing

No fridge which mightve been hard for a longer stay.

Nice all around

Loved the location. Far enough from the inner city to get a good nights rest, but close enough to take the metro 20 min to any major tourist spot

We liked that the property had 24/7 security. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready yet but we were able to store our luggages and did more sight before returning in the evening. We also liked that it had a cafe downstairs.

Room is dirty, there is still webcomb hanging when i enter the room, not enough lightning at the night

The hotel is close to several Metro stations and several good restaurants. Great area, you feel close to downtown, but far enough away to get out of the tourist spots. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice area to sit in around the patio and talk or have a drink. Breakfast was decent. They offer eggs and bacon as well as a small buffet. The staff were very helpful each time we asked. They directed us to good restaurants, brought us more towels, etc. What we did like outweighed what we didn't like. The rooms do not have many places to hang clothing or bathroom towels. There is barely any room around the sink to put items. We took the towels off the shelves so we could have some space to put our toiletteries. There aren't any drawers so we lived out of our suitcases. No real nightstands. There was some mold in and around the shower.

Cute place. Staff kindly gave me a late check out so i could take a work call.

Maybe an elevator would be nice lol.

The soft fluffy towels Friendly staff Location The bed was absolutely awful, extremely loud and woke my mum up every time I moved in my bed. The springs were digging into my back. The bed was so loud we actually received a noise complaint check as the walls are paper thin. My mum and I had ear plugs in with the lights off. It was so uncomfortable I slept for three hours on the floor and was forced to check out early. I had to find accommodation last minute at an expense. I really regret ever staying here. The front desk were empathetic but unable to help with the situation due to management constraints. No new room was available. Initially management refused any refund but booking.com have been helpful in mediating the situation.

Hôtel is well localed with a 10min walk to Nation subway. Staff is helpful Even though the restaurant is quite nice and reputed. The hotel itself, is something different, with a reception in a dark halfway and access to your room, just behind the counter. Facilities are quite old and dusty. If you have a room in the court and think you’re lucky, wait a bit. The courtyard is very cute and well decorated, however it’s also the place where the restaurants workers are taking their break which make it very noisy. Indeed, the room is a not isolated so you could basically hear everything that goes outside. The room were dusty with some marks on furnitures. We had a 2 singles beds joined even though I requested a queen size prior to my arrival. Shower joints were heavily dark. I am expecting a bit more from a 3star at that price.

Location was great, in a safe neighbourhood, it was very clear, the staff was nice. The room is small, the bathroom even more so.

The location is exceptionally good, the metro station is right across the street from the hotel, there are restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night, highly recommended!

The lady working at the front desk today helped me on one of the most difficult days of my life. I navigated through such difficulties arranging things for an emergency and she went above and beyond to not only make sure to help me out but also make sure that I was comfortable. I will forever be grateful to her for this. The hotel is Clean, easily accessible by public transportation. And there’s a restaurant attached. Everything was great!
