The location was good and the staff was very plesant and friendly. Also the room was clean and the bed with comfortable. For this being rated a "4 star" hotel, we expected a more upscale or trendy boutique environment. Instead the property felt like an upscale hostel. It didn't help that the elevator was under renovation and that all rooms had to be accessed via a back working stairwell. I had actually emailed days in advance to ask for a ground floor room due to large family with kids and strollers not wanting to use stairs - I never received any response. When we arrived, we were assigned to the 4th floor. Had I been told there were no rooms on the ground floor, we would have canceled and booked somewhere else ... this would have been an absolute deal breaker for us. At a minimum, this should be subsidized with a substantial amount of hotel group points. Instead, they room offered a note, a single beer, and a skin oil as a peace offering for the inconvenience (none of which had any value to us nor did we use/take). The room had a piece of the corner floor molding barely attached, which came off when slightly tapped, chipped paint on the toilet and stains on the shower enamel - I would definitely think this was more of a 3 star at best, no where close to expectations of a 4 star.

Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay, but we decided to leave before completing our second day. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with no elevator, despite traveling with young children. Climbing five flights of stairs several times a day with young children was extremely inconvenient. This information should be clearly be disclosed before guests book their stay.

The lift was in maintenance for few days and was difficult to carry the luggage with this. Some times the house keeping didnt refill the stuff (coffee, towels, higienic paper)

Friendly staff Great breakfast The room had a loud noise (from some kind of s ventilation) all night. We were in a family room , our kids didn't fall asleep till 1hr at night and we barely slept. We went to the reception and they apologised and said they can't switch off the ventilation. Such a room is not suitable for sleeping with this outside ventilation on and much less so for a family room! We had a discussion with the reception the next day who said she would have made a discount for us on the night if we hadn't already paid but since we already paid she cannot do anything except reach out to senior management with our complaint. Unfortunately we haven't heard from anyone in more than a week now , and neither have we had a confirmation email that someone is looking at an appropriate compensation. Overall unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, a pity as jts a very beautiful hotel

I loved the atmosphere, the place is cozy and newly furnished. The rooms are the right size and the staff is great. Breakfast is amazing, you can find everything you'd want.

Very friendly and helpful staff, large clean room. The location was incredible, less than 20-30mins travel by metro to all major locations such as Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur While I enjoyed the breakfast very much, for my girlfriend who is unable to consume dairy and gluten, the options were somewhat minimal. Only a minor point because of how affordable everything was so I am being a bit nitpicky of course :)
