Monsieur Cadet Hotel & Spa (Ex Meyerhold & Spa) is located in the theater district of Paris only 2625 feet from the Opera Garnier. Area was nice. Room was spacious. Room had kitchen as well. Room was not in hotel building but separate building that we had to take our luggage to. There was no housekeeping service for less than 5 nights- which is not disclosed at time of booking. I booked a hotel not a Apartotel.

Excellent location around cafes, metro, antique shops. The hotel was beautifully designed with spacious rooms, daily room service and excellent privacy. We loved every part of the warm, gracious service. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, with a warm, friendly staff welcoming us. The highlight of the stay and a joy to converse with was Willie - his tales of years of being at the same location, his trivia tips on things to explore in the neighbourhood, and his always-happy-to-help attitude. He truly enhanced our stay. We spent 12 nights in the hotel, and its shocking even for me that I couldn't find any fault in the hotel. We'll definitely be coming back right here to stay! The bathroom should have a shower partition. The cleaning could ensure more attentiveness and checks - we stayed for 12 days and didn't think they cleaned the rooms that well each day. Some days, it was just a quick sweep and out.

Fantastic location and great staff. Very clean. Bed is quite comfortable. 1. Shower (at least in my room) can be improved. Shower head is low and must be held by hand if you want to raise it above your midriff. Rain shower has thin water flow and not very satisfying 2. Aircon can be improved, although I qualify I stayed during the recent heat wave (39 deg). The aircon vent in my room was by the desk, so even though the air coming out was very cold it wasn’t able to effectively cool the room.
