Sparkling clean! Nice looking room and hallway, great bathroom - everything looks fairly recently renovated. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of outlets available. Amazing location - steps away from metro lines 7 and 5, multiple busses. 15 min walk to Rue Mouffetard.

    Good quality for the price!

The air conditioned rooms were a real life saver when the heat wave hit. The staff were WONDERFUL, and even found us rooms for an extra night when our train got cancelled. They were very accommodating with our luggage, too. The shower in our 2nd room (a room with 2 bunks) was really small! The doors didn't open very wide at all, and that was pretty awkward. The breakfast was delicious, but I think we stayed too long. :) We got a little tired of the exact same thing every day.

The price is very reasonable and the location is great, making it super convenient. The beds weren't really comfortable.

Único ponto positivo é a localização. Camas desconfortáveis, quarto apertado e nenhuma flexibilidade para com o hóspede.

Cheap option to stay in a central location in Paris. We had a double room that was small and could be cleaner, but it was decent enough. Since it is a cheap hostel, guests tend to be young and noisy, something to watch out if you want a quiet stay. In short, if you don't look for luxury and value a cheap and central stay, this could be a good option for you

The 4-people dorm is very small and the bunk bed makes big noise at night. Definitely wear ear plug at night.

We booked a private room in this hostel, and it was a decent size and very clean. The location is good, close to a metro station, making it super easy to get around Paris. A huge plus was the common area near the reception (where breakfast is served), where we could grab free coffee or tea at any time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside: There is no body wash dispenser in the shower, only a liquid soap dispenser by the sink. The staff kindly gave me a cup to pour some soap into so I wouldn't have to step out of the shower, but a proper dispenser in the cabin would be much better.

Kinda pricey for what it is. Beds are not very comfortable, other rooms were very noisy at night, could hear everything through the walls

    Air conditioning

Good location, close to the metro. There are cafés and convenience stores nearby. The air conditioning was a must for this incredibly hot weather, and it worked very well. I also had a nice view over the street. The double room was far from the shared rooms, so there wasn't any noise from the other travelers. The window wasn't too well isolated, so there was quite a lot of noise coming from the street.

The kitchen and eating area were pretty dirty and generally gross looking, felt like a waiting room for a public transit bus. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was en suite and decently clean as well. You do have to pay for a towel though. The AC was nice and was controllable within the room. The bed was fine, clean. I woke up with 15+ bug bites, however, not sure if it was a mosquito or what, but I was miserable and itching my whole flight back home. When I showed up for my booking, I was assigned a room. I went to said room and tried my key. The key card worked but the light turned red when I tried to get inside. The receptionist said that meant it was locked from the inside. He came up with me to unlock the door. He did not knock or announce to the guest inside that he was opening the door, instead just put the master key in the door and fully opened it. A guest and their partner were inside in their pajamas in bed. The receptionist told them that the room had been booked and the other bed needed to be emptied so that I could stay. The guests partner was in the other bed. They began to have a conversation in another language with the receptionist. I had to squeeze past the receptionist who was still in the doorway and who had motioned earlier for me to enter the room. I felt very bad for the guests. they were in a vulnerable state and had no warning. The receptionist said there was an issue with the booking system and went downstairs to “figure it out.” I stood in the hallway for 10min until he came back and told me I was on another floor. He opened the door of my newly assigned room, this time knocking first, and a male presenting person opened the door. I was placed in a mixed room after I had booked a female room. The receptionist did not inform me that I would be bunking with a male. I had to ask the next day when checking out if I was put in a mixed room. No one warned me or apologized for the inconvenience. I was very understanding of the situation and kind towards the receptionist. He was fine and respectful but never apologized for the inconvenience. When I was checking out, I had to ask if I was put in a room with a male. The woman working had a convo with the man working overnight in another language. She confirmed I was placed in a mixed room, but I was lucky I got a bed at all since it was the last available bed in the hostel. No compensation offered or apology

Breakfast was great. The location was good. Air conditioning and hot water for showers were great. The room was overpriced for what it was, but comfortable and practical.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Room was a little small but the value was worth it

  • Engine customer May 2026

    Very conveniently located.

  • Engine customer May 2026

I didn't like that the toilet and shower were in the same room -- with multiple people sharing, I prefer r hostels that separate those two things But the main thing is the mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle and I did not sleep well at all, either night
