The staff was very nice, and very good at cleaning our room. Beds were very comfortable and I can only speak for myself, but I slept very well. Breakfast was just fine for a 3-star hotel, and the timeframe for breakfast was not too short like other hotels (we are not A-type people, lol). Hotel is very close to a tram station so that is definitely also a bonus. Good restaurants nearby as well. Our room was very small, often we are okay with smaller rooms but this time the bed took so much space of the room that we didn't have enough space to have our luggage open. Also there were a lot of weird noises coming from the building, particularly there was one sound every 10 minutes or so that sounded like a phone vibrating like a notification? Very strange. Other than that I would say the shower was nice, but the soap provided isn't, so I would advise to bring your own soap and shampoo. last thing I want to mention is that there are no elevators, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. I think the staff will help you carry it if you ask for it, but regardless it's a bit of a pain. Luckily our room was not that far up.

What I liked most about this stay is how the staff were welcoming and kind. They were so helpful in each and every situation. Even when we leaved the stay, they gave us so food and drinks for the road. The location is 2-3 mins away from metro and the near the stay there are markets, patisseries, cafes and a lot of other things. Also the atmosphere outside the hotel when coming back from city tour, sitting there having some drink and snacks is the perfect relaxing time. The only thing that I did not like was about the room size. We had two luggages inside and we could barely move inside the room. If you are with family, it is a must to take superior room, because double room for 2 adlt and 1 child was so narrow with the crib. If the crib or luggage was not there, then it would be somehow manageable.

Staff was helpful when we asked for help regarding our water and heating issues clean room with clean bedding and towels short walking distance to two metro stations inconsistent warm water and air conditioning the website advertised a double and twin bed, but we only got a cot bed besides the double bed, yet we paid for 3 adults; no fridge in room to use for personal use; the fridge had some items for purchase only

The staff was wonderful. The room size was smaller than the cruise ship I had just been on prior to the hotel and there was no closet or iron.

Very good location! Close to different metro lines and supermarkets. Very comfortable pillows and bedsheets. Very warm service. Quite neighborhood. A bit small elevator.
-
Room is too small and cramped for 2 people with big luggages. They use double beds, even though we requested twin bed. The bathroom configuration is strange, especially the shower stall which is so narrow that it would be impossible to bend and retrieve toiletries from the floor. There is no space in the shower stall or outside to put your toiletries on.

The staff was brilliant. The rooms were clean and tidy. Superb location. Beds are supposed to stay in place.
-
most of the hallways and walk ways were very narrow, even for a slender person like myself. This was not a major issue as we only planned to sleep in the hotel and this is not critical to accomplish that,

Very good location, great staff! Very small elevator, room's roof slant made it a bit cramped.

There was no elevator and it wasn’t mentioned. The AC wasnt working

I think hairdryer in the hotel was either slow or barely working so better bring your own. I went in Summer so I could afford just not to dry my hair.

The room was cozy and comfortable, though a bit small for three people. The staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly assisting us with any issues. Breakfast was pleasant, offering a buffet with pastries, boiled eggs, cheese, coffee, and more. The location was fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, though a bit farther from the Louvre and Paris Est train station. Fortunately, both the bus stop and metro station were within easy walking distance.

Clean and comfortable Smell in the room

Good with cozy room I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was simply unforgivable. From the moment I checked in, I requested an extension of my stay. I was assured this would be no problem. However, on the very day I was supposed to extend, I was abruptly forced out of my room, told there were “no available rooms”—despite the prior confirmation. This left me completely stranded, disoriented, and scrambling to find alternative accommodation in a foreign city with no support whatsoever from the hotel staff. To make matters worse, I was overbilled by over $200, without any explanation, breakdown, or valid justification. Despite multiple phone calls and repeated emails, I have yet to receive any clarification, apology, or refund. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism is truly appalling. The breakfast? Barely worth mentioning—uninspired, bland, and far from what one would expect from a Parisian hotel. Definitely not worth the rate I paid. This establishment showed no regard for guest care, zero communication, and a complete failure in customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The entire experience was stressful, deeply disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. If you’re looking for a pleasant, professional, and reliable stay in Paris, do yourself a favor—book elsewhere.

The staff were welcoming and helpful!

Good area close to metro and staff extremely helpful The small size of room compared to American hotels

We (the grandparents) got upgraded to a suite type room which was very nice. The ceiling was a little low on one side requiring caution. The room our two grandkids got was a triple so they had extra room as well. Management made sure we had rooms with a lift, probably due to our age, but it was really appreciated.

Only one problem was for me . it is a bathroom so tiny. I understand it’s Paris! It’s is what it’s
