Noisy and tiny room

First and foremost, I want to thank Claudia for being so welcoming! I came early and was able to get some school work done because it was such a peaceful atmosphere. I loved how comfortable the bed was!

Location Room service cleaning could be better

Excellent location, service and air conditioning

Great location, good sized room and closet. Good breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff. There were some ants around in the breakfast room. But not on the food. And the elevator requires one to walk up one flight of stairs to reach it. The staff very happily and graciously helped me with my luggage.

We arrived at 10 AM with a check in time of 3PM. While we did not expect an early check-in at 10AM, based on our several previous experiences within Europe we thought we would have our room for 1:30-2PM. We requested the same, left our stuff and went to explore the city. We got back around 1:30PM asking about the status of our request and were told the rooms are still being cleaned. Ours was the Eiffel Tower room which apparently they have just one of so they couldn’t give us another room … but they knew that when we left our stuff at 10AM?! We, among several other guests, received our room at 2:50PM (after checking with staff a few times)- 10 minutes earlier than the official check in time. In our previous experiences within other hotels, staff had been more courteous and competent in prioritizing/managing rooms especially when a request has been placed. Would not recommend even expecting a 15 min early check-in if you plan to arrive earlier.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Claudia was lovely at reception and As it was a trip with my daughter for my birthday they had flowers and Biscuits and happy birthday sign such a lovley touch. Room was Spotless and view of the eiffel tower Room 47 very spacious for two. I'd definitely go back to this hotel and right next to metro. carpets old and little dated but all else fabulous that wasn't an issue,

Beautiful and clean room with a private bathroom and working lift. Excellent, well-stocked breakfast and every front desk staff person spoke English and was always very helpful. The rooms are small, but normal for a Paris budget hotel.

Proprietor found me a bath mat and helped me use laundromat across the street. Nice breakfast. Ac started and stopped.

Very cosy, good staff, nice breakfast The floor and surfaces were not cleaned well

Nice hotel.

The location is convenient. We have got the room 101 and it is on the first floor right near the entrance. It seemed as a room for handicapped people and i appreciate that but we had no idea when booking. Everything was clean but dull and had a hospital vibe. I think some nice decor and cosy lights and the rug could make it a bit warmer. We couldn’t have window curtains open since it looked at the street and people were passing right by the window.

Location restaurant and the shopping center The shower place is very small less than square meters ? No key card

Claudia welcomed me with such a warm smile, greeting me by name and even speaking to me in Korean. It truly made my first stop in Europe even more special and memorable. The gentleman working the night shift was extremely well-mannered and gracious. He kindly assisted me with several requests, which made a big difference during my stay- just as Claudia did. I’m very grateful for his help. I asked another staff member for his name, but unfortunately my French memory failed me, so I regret not being able to mention him personally here. They have truly set the standard for excellent reception service. Once again, thank you very much for your generous support during our stay. The room felt slightly damp in some areas. In addition, we were expecting a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but unfortunately, there was no view. That was a little disappointing.

Nothing it was perfect!

The room is unexpectedly spacious even though most rooms in Paris are quite small so that is really good! And the view of our room was amazing I totally would and have recommended this hotel to my friends!

The location is excellent, just a ten-minutes walk from the Champs des Mars and literally around the corner from the metro stop Avenue de Emile Zola. There are many great restaurants and bakeries in the area and the neighboorhood feels very chill and fun. Small warning for those of you of more generous build: the showers are somewhat on the smaller side.
