The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean. Fast and free Wi-Fi. The room had everything we needed, and they were also very accommodating and provided an extra bed. There’s even a shelf in the shower!!! Great location. There is also a paid underground parking garage right in front of the building. There is a little mold in some areas of the bathroom. The rooms need regular maintenance. Overall, the reception staff were nice, but unfortunately, the lady who welcomed us on the first day wasn’t particularly friendly :(

Spectacular location “We paid around €190 per night expecting a comfortable room, but the space was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. In the bathroom, I found hair in the shower area. What disappointed us most, however, was the lack of hospitality. We were informed that we could not remain in the hotel lobby. I understand that the hotel has its policies, but I expected much more hospitality and empathy from an establishment in this price range.”

Great location, rooms cleaned daily, mini fridge, beautiful balcony with small chairs to watch the sunset, friendly staff. Pretty small rooms that could be arranged a bit better with the bed and table etc. but otherwise it was a good stay for a few nights.

Only the location This hotel was the worst experience of my life! The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The rooms were filthy and covered in ants. They did nothing to clean the rooms or even suggest changing them. They told us to wait until tomorrow to see what they could do. When I contacted booking in the morning, they denied everything and refused to give us a refund. They didn’t even change the room. So, of course, I left the hotel. THEY RUINED MY PARIS EXPERIENCE

I loved my stay in my little room. I’ve stayed all over Paris but I think this hotel’s location is perfect. It was a last minute trip so I had a single room and it was small but comfortable with an adorable balcony, air conditioning during the heat wave and all the facilities you could need. The staff were all lovely. I’ll definitely be back.
