Property felt safe and was clean. The lockers for storage are very small, and it felt hard not to disturb those that were sleeping due to the room layout

Our room was on the first floor, right next to the bar area, and the cigarette smoke would occasionally come into the room. The noise, too, we could hear the sounds both from the bar and the street as our beds were right next to the window. I think the room we got assigned wasn't the best; other rooms could be better!

Location great Easy to get to all areas of Paris. Staff is polite..... A locksmith bill 150.00 euros a bottle of Jadore...by Dior.

People outside of the room make noise even after 10pm.

The room I was in was downstairs, right across from the bar--- and with no soundproofing, getting to sleep was really difficult on one night in particular when people were being really loud until 1-2AM

The location was near the Eiffel tour and super walkable which was nice and right next to the metro which was perfect. The room was clean and it was an enjoyable stay.

It’s near from Eiffel Tower They don’t have lockers inside de room for bigger things and when I return after my check out to ask about my things I left inside the room the service room didn’t report anything.

Great staff, enough toilettes (one in the dorm, 2 outdoors upstairs, 2 in the bar). Safe location. Right next to the Felix Faure Metro station. Black mold on the shower curtain and shower ceiling. It smelled strongly of mold anytime that door was open. Cleaning staff have little time to clean all of the hostel room, so they can only do the bare minimum. The kitchen is full of a terrible odor. It smells like a room full of warm rotten food, a dead animal, or vomit. It was disgusting and I avoided the kitchen because of it. I would not recommend anyone use the kitchen until the source of the smell is removed.
