The staff

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable. Wifi was stable and fast. The location is great - the city centre is just one Metro-ride away! But the Hotel itself is also in a nice location, definitely check out the Park Montsouris!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Akram!!! One minor gripe: the toilet seat in my favorite room, room 705, needs to be replaced – it's cracked. And, since I stay at this hotel quite often (due to its proximity to my hospital), I'd really like you to diversify the breakfast menu – it's very meager and monotonous. Otherwise, I really like everything and will definitely stay at your hotel again! Good luck with everything! Nice location close to park. At some point it was nice hotel… Dirty, cramp room, bathroom with broken sink and unclean bathtub. I was glad we had short stay…

There is elevator. The tub is slippery.

Some recent reviews have complained about the rooms not being serviced daily - when you have a sheet and a duvet it is not hard to make your own bed and hang your towels on the heated towel rail! Our room was small, but it had a king size bed and a bath Nothing, it was perfect for the price

Room was clean. Staff were welcoming. Hotel is past it's best, carpets threadbare etc and location is a bit out of the way.

Great location for my trip. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was immaculate, everything worked. Loved the decor of this place. Close to rail and metro. I can’t really name anything I didn’t like. I just wish I’d stayed here in my previous visits to this particular location.
