Loved the breakfast and location. Comfy bed and I loved the re-use water bottle. Thank you I had trouble working out the adjustment on the air con - very minor in the big scheme of things

Location, is close to nice restaurants The bedroom was dirty, not enough lights. The pool sauna was closed during our stay, the jacuzzi only was open for one day, so you pay a Fair amount of money and you can’t use the hotel facilities.

Close to the tram, reasonable parking cost and lovely breakfast No Netflix, spa was out of order and pool not heated.

bed is very soft and comfy. View was good (after room change). Fresh orange juice was really good Breakfast was monotonous Initial room was not as requested (no view) Heavy cigarette smell in lift (complaint lodged). This was really bad because my wife is pregnant and I have a toddler with me

Clean and convenient Centralised Air Con in the room is not good. You cannot increase or decerease the temperature. Even if you do change it via the room's AC control, the central AC system will reverse your selection to the default set by the Hotel. Despite everyhting else being good, I doubt I'll be booking this Hotel for stay again.

Breakfast and the location. The pool and sauna areas have not been properly maintained. Although breakfast is complimentary, we were charged $120 for parking for three days. Additionally, the room is quite dark due to limited lighting.

Surprised to know that room service was available daily and on time. Overall great facilities and services by housekeeping staff Little bit more of bright light would be better.
