No proper cleaning and within 4 days no one coming for room cleaning and about property mentioned something but nothing is there and mosquitoes,ants our room too much and I share some pic washing area see the pic

I always come back here when I stay in Manila (Pasay). The staff is courteous and the area has what I need when I visit. Good price and helpful amenities. I like the property ?

I liked the convenience, price, and friendly staff who were very helpful. This room was very tidy and air-conditioned. Outside was bustling with local culture and food stalls. At night the street comes alive with sweet treats and succulent meats.

Nothing about this place did I like Dirty, smelly, beds are terrible. No bed blanket. Bedding had fowl chemical smell. No shampoo or body wash in shower. Only Netflix or news for tv. A/c not working very e. Price was very high for such a low quality place.

The staff are very accommodating, kind and very polite. They are very courteous and know how to make their guests comfortable. The place is clean and very cozy and relaxing. However, We can for sure improve on the cleanliness of the linens, towels and other parts of the floorings as most of the linens and towels have stains. And somewhat blackish prints/stains on it.

Owner was out of reach the day of our stay. We tried to contact her all throughout the day but she’s not answering our calls. We asked through the security building and after one hour of waiting, he told us that the room apartment is no longer available “as per the owner”. It was so disappointing because we cannot refund it the same day and the owner is not cooperative and responsive at all. We came from airport thinking we can rest somehow but it turns out that we’re searching for another room available nearby. VERY DISAPPOINTING indeed. The owner itself. No response was made. VERY BAD SERVICE.

The room on the second floor where i was staying at was very noisy in the middle of the night?

I did not like how they made my mom pay additional charge for early check in for only 2 hours, very inconsiderate knowing that the room is empty. I reserved 2 twin beds and they gave her 1 queen and sofa, not compliant. Does not meet expectation as to reservation and a little bit of consideration, i would understand if room os occupied and still needs cleaning but in this case, it is emptu and ready for occupancy.We have the same situation encounter at F1 HOTEL in BGC, but the xoncierge learned that room is empty and ready for occupancy, they made us check in right away. Your staff needs a little compassion sometimes, my mom and her cousin comes from an 10 hours trip from the province. Never again to this place, sorry.
