Very premium stay. The bathroom looks weird and no personal space. Why is the bathtub in the middle of the room?

Very quiet room The bathroom floor lacks proper slope take away shower water, you have to walk through it to get to the toilet.

They gave us partial ocean sea view room. We booked aqua sea view. Sea infront of our room. Bed face was other side so cudnt get the view all day Language problem at check out Rude staff Claimed that out if three room one room someone smoked It was smelly It was not He charged hefty amount of fine from us. And was rude too And also i forgot my belongings in room and caling the hotel no one properly responding Language problem Asking house keeping took them hours To asked about my belonging I told exact room exact place where i left my belongings That is jot professional Ill will never ask anyone to stay in this hotel

None s a poo since I got a poor service from staffs on duty during the night of 14th March. I got a problem about the key card, inactivate and required to use the master key card. The duty staffs promised to provide me the activated one, but nothing happen until I checked out from the hotel.

Very modern and efficiently run. Great pool on top deck, great place to relax. The gym seemed like an afterthought. Much too small for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent View of the Room and we got the free upgrade, Excellent Place to stay with, Best Facilities with Near to Beach as well. 100% Recommend this Place for the stay and their food prices and drinks prices are also reasonable in the hotel. Everything was perfect, i cant say anything that i did not like.

Best location in north Pattaya next to Terminal 21 shopping mall and located on lively street with many restaurants and coffee shops. GYM is very small

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel overall—beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great location, and top-notch amenities. The service was attentive and everything ran smoothly from check-in to checkout. The only hiccup was with the deposit: I paid 2000 baht upon arrival, but at checkout, staff initially returned only 1000 baht and had me sign a receipt for that amount. After I asked about the full 2000 baht, they provided the remaining 1000 baht. It was confusing at first, but it got sorted. I hope the hotel streamlines this process for future guests. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Convenient, comfortable, hot spa and good location Hygiene of staff at breakfast order meal counter, they didn’t wear mask and they talked and coughed when preparing the meal
