I think the corridor from the lobby to the car park is a bit dim. Improving the lighting in this area would enhance both comfort and safety.

The resort is located at the sea, amazing and stunning views. We had taken a room we a private swimming pool, so nice to be able to refresh yourself without having to go out to the main swimming pools for a refreshment at whatever the time of the day (even at night).. The hotel wasn't overcrowded. The main swimming was open till 11pm (still amazing time to swim!!), a bit winder during the day. The smaller swimming pool had an amazing view at the bay where we were located but was open till 7pm. The food is amazing. There are 2 big restaurants with amazing dishes. The spa from the hotel is epic: I have had the best massage there so far (and I have had quite some massages in my life). When booking a premium room like we did, you have access in the Dara lounge on the 24th floor in the main building where you have an amazing view to the bay. Depending on the time of the day you can get some free non-alcoholic drinks and tasty little ors d'oeuvres in between. The free alcoholic drinks were between 5 and 7pm. At times but thanks God not for the full 9 days we were staying at the resort, we have had direct neighbour's with small children who were screaming in the small swimming pool. These small swimming pools shouldn't be rented out for tourists with small children in my opinion. The hotel staff was very receptive to the feedback we gave them though.

Room was great we got the upgrade that's nice , staff welcomed us well and had service mind Breakfast was great, variety of food ... We didn't swim because there are limit seats but there are 2 pools we didn't go down to swim For us we came for rest and relax .... quiet place and great room are perfect for us In addition, staff are vert nice, kind, helpful, welcoming and smile already Shutter buggy was great to service us to the main road Pool area maybe more seats Welcome drink...it could serve us for the first time of arrival might get better ... we got coupon we thought might be something that we could order but the hotel already prepared so it might be better to serve on check in More shutter bus during the busy time

The breakfast with sea view is the best!!! And the location is very to go to mall which is a huge plus ?

The staff were very professional and went above and beyond, they even gave me a birthday surprise. There could be more in the way of parking facilities. Maybe not possible, however due to land limitations.

Staff is good service! Old buildings and Room must have to renovate also and breakfast international not variety food.

By far, the staff were the best part of the hotel — very attentive and friendly. The location is great, and the cleanliness was ok in general. Actually i was expecting more for breakfast , its too crowded and messy at the main breakfast area. I was lucky enough to escape to the lounge on 24 floor .

It was a clean, quiet hotel with great facilities. The pools were beautiful and food was great. The breakfast spread was good but seemed like a lot of variety but ended up with not much to eat.
